Claims (16)

  1. 임의의 방향에서 분배되며 탄화바인더(7)에 의하여 교차점을 대체로 서로 결합되는 강화하는 짧은 섬유(4)로 구성된 적어도 하나의 다공섬유층(2a)(2b)(2c)과 강화하는 섬유와 매트릭스수지(6)를 구성하는 가소성층을 강화한 적어도 하나의 섬유로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엷은 판을 입힌 구조를 지니는 경량복합재료
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 강화하는 짧은 섬유(4)는 2차원방향에서 분배되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 강화하는 짧은 섬유(4)는 3차원방향에서 분배되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 다공섬유층의 상기한 강화하는 짧은 섬유(4)는 카아본섬유, 유리섬유, 실리콘카바이드섬유, 붕소섬유와 지르코니아섬유로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 탄화바인더(7)는 폴리비닐알코올수지, 페놀릭수지와 퓨란수지로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 수지로 부터 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 다공섬유층(2a)(2b)(2c)에서 상기한 탄화바인더(7)의 양이 10-50중량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  7. 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 다공섬유층(2a)(2b)(2c)에서 상기한 탄화바인더(7)의 양이 20-40중량%범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 경량복합재료
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 강화된 가소성층의 상기한 강화하는 섬유(4)가 카아본섬유,유리섬유, 실리콘카바이드섬유, 아라마이드섬유, 붕소섬유, 지르코니아섬유로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 가소성층을 강화한 상기한 섬유의 상기한 매트릭스수지(6)는 에폭시수지, 불포화폴리에스테르수지, 페놀릭수지, 폴리이미드수지, 폴리아미드수지, 폴리에틸렌수지, 폴리프로필렌수지, 폴리스티렌수지, 폴리비닐클로라이드수지와 아크릴로니트릴부타딘스티렌수지로부터 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 가소성층을 강화한 상기한 매트릭스수지(6)는 수정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  11. 제11항에 있어서, 상기한 수정하는 것은 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 폴리설파이드, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리프로필렌설파이드, 카복시터미네이트부타딘 아크릴로니트릴고무로 구성되는 그룹으로부터선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 가소성층을 강화한 상기한 섬유의 상기한 강화하는 섬유(4)는 한방향으로 향하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 가소성층을 강화한 상기한 섬유의 상기한 강화하는 섬유(4)는 짜여진 직물로 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 가소성층을 강화한 상기한 섬유의 상기한 강화하는 섬유는 매트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 재료는 단독 다공섬유층(2a)(2b)(2c)과 폴라스틱층을 강화한 단독섬유로 구성되는 두개의 층의 엷은 판을 입힌 구조에 의하여 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 재료는 두개의 층 이상으로 구성되는 엷은 판을 입힌 구조에 의하여 구성되며 가장 외부층의 둘다가 가소성층을 강화한 상기한 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 경량복합재료
