Abstract

본 발명은 자동차부품, 토목, 건축용등의 거푸집 등에 사용되는 유리섬유가 보강된 열가소성 복합수지의 프리프레그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 기술상 문제점인 기계적 강도, 내열성, 함침성을 개선하기 위하여 안출된 것이다. 본 발명은 폴리프로필렌 필름/니들펀칭한 무배향 유리섬유 매트/일렬배열된 유리섬유 얀-폴리프로필렌 필름-일렬배열된 유리 섬유 얀/니들펀칭한 무배향 유리섬유 매트/폴리프로필렌 필름 순으로 적층하여 열가소성 복합수지의 프리프레그를 제조함에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 필름은 두께가 100-200㎛이고 그 함량이 열가소성 복합수지 총중량의 50-70wt%이며, 니들펀칭한 무배향 유리섬유 매트는 니들펀칭수가 10-20회/㎠, 유리섬유 모노필라멘트의 직경이 15-25㎛인 것을 사용하였으며, 일렬된 유리섬유 얀은 제1도의 장치를 이용하여 유리섬유를 장력을 일정하게 유지시키면서 일렬배향시킬 때 폴리프로필렌 필름을 삽입하여 배향시켜서 제조된 것으로, 총 유리섬유의 함량은 열가소성 복합수지 총중량에 대하여 30-50wt%임을 특징으로 한 열가소성 복합수지의 프리프레그를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 종래보다 기계적 성질, 함침성등이 현저히 개선되었다.

Claims (5)

  1. 폴리프로필렌 필름/니들펀칭한 무배향 유리섬유 매트/일렬배열된 유리섬유 얀-폴리프로필렌 필름-일렬배열된 유리 섬유 얀/니들펀칭한 무배향 유리섬유 매트/폴리프로필렌 필름 순으로 적층하여 열가소성 복합수지의 프리프레그를 제조함에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 필름은 두께가 100-200㎛ 이고 그 함량이 열가소성 복합수지 총중량의 50-70wt%이며, 니들펀칭한 무배향 유리섬유 매트는 니들펀칭수가 10-20회/㎠, 유리섬유 모노필라멘트의 직경이 15-25㎛인 것을 사용하였으며, 일렬배열된 유리섬유 얀은 모노필라멘트의 직경이 10-30㎛, 집속도가 50-100인 것을 사용하였으며, 사용된 총 유리섬유의 함량은 열가소성 복합수지 총중량에 대하여 30-50wt%임을 특징으로 한 열가소성 복합수지의 프리프레그를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 필름의 용융지수는 20-40g/10min범위에 있음을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합수지의 프리프레그 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유리섬유 모노필라멘트는 유기실란화합물로 표면처리를 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합수지의 프리프레그 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일렬로 배열된 유리섬유 얀은 니들펀칭을 하지 않으며 무배향 유리섬유 매트와도 서로 니들펀칭을 하지 않는것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합수지의 프리프레그 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일렬로 배열된 유리섬유 얀은 제1도의 장치를 사용하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합수지의 프리프레그 제조방법.
