Abstract

전달되는 인장력과 열에 의하여 프리 프레그의 길이가 늘어 나거나 폭이 감소되는 것을 방지함으로써, 밀착성과 안전성이 보다 향상될 수 있도록 하는데 있는 것으로서, 그 구조는 프리 프레그를 소정의 길이만큼 감고 있는 권취 로울러와, 상기, 권취 로울러로 부터 인출되면서 제1가이드 로울러의 안내로 이송되는 프리 프레그를 감도록 된 수취 로울러와, 상기 제1 가이드 로울러와 수취 로울러 사이에 위치하면서, 이송되는 프리 프레그의 면과 밀착되어 인장력을 제공하는 와이어와, 상기 와이어가 이송되는 프리 프레그에 밀착 되도록 가압하는 제1 프레서 로울러로 구성된 센터 와이어 접착을 이용한 테이프 래핑공정을 제공하는데에 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 프리 프레그(2)를 소정의 길이만큼 감고 있는 권취 로울러(4)와, 상기, 권취 로울러(4)로 부터 인출되면서 제1가이드 로울러(6)의 안내로 이송되는 프리 프레그(2)를 감도록 된 수취 로울러(24)와, 상기 제1 가이드 로울러(6)와 수취 로울러(24) 사이에 위치하면서, 이송되는 프리 프레그(2)의 면과 밀착되어 인장력을 제공하는 와이어(8)와, 상기 와이어(8)가 이송되는 프리 프레그(2)에 밀착 되도록 가압하는 제1 프레서 로울러(10)로 구성되는 센터 와이어 접착을 이용한 테이프 래핑공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1프레서 로울러(10)를 통과하면서 프리 프레그(2)에 밀착된 와이어(8)에, 고온, 고압의 열을 가함으로써 더욱 밀착 되도록 한 예열장치(12)가 설치되는 센터 와이어 접착을 이용한 테이프 래핑공정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기, 프리 프레그(2)에 밀착된 와이어(8)가 분리되면서 회수돌 수 있도록 안내하는 제1 고정 로울러(16)가 수취 로울러(24) 입구에 설치되고, 동시에 이 제1고정 로울러(16)로부터 회수된 와이어(8)를 재차 공급할 수 있도록 안내하는 제2고정 로울러(18)가 제1가이드 로울러(6)의 출구에 설치되는 센터 와이어 접착을 이용한 테이프 래핑공정.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기, 프리 프레그(2)가 와이어(8)를 밀착되게 결합하면서 예열장치(12)를 통과하여 도출되면, 이를 재차 가압하는 제2프레서(14)가 스취 로울러(24)의 입구에 설치된 센터 와이어 접착을 이용한 테이프 래핑공정.
