제2도는 다른 조작 위치에서 직각으로 회전시킨 제1도에서와 같은 장치도.

Claims (9)

  1. 액체의 통과에 대해 지지물의 공극을 차단하고 증기의 통과를 허용하는, 25℃에서 1,000,000㎟sec1까지의 점도를 갖는 적어도 하나의 실질적으로 탄성인 가교결합된 오가노폴리실옥산 물질로 이루어진 다공성 지지물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 휘발성 액체를 증기로서 분산시키는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 오가노폴리실옥산 물질이 지지물상에 필름을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 필름이 연속적임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오가노폴리실옥산 물질이 용액 또는 수성 유제로부터 다공성 지지물에 적용되거나, 건조 피복중량을 기준하여 50gm-2에 상응하는 속도로 동일반응계내에서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오가노폴리실옥산 물질이 8 내지 27mpa 범위의 용해도 매개변수를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 지지물이 소결 폴리에틸렌, 소결 폴리우레탄 또는 이들을 함유하는 성형체 또는 주형체로부터 가용물을 용해시켜 제조된 개방공극을 갖는 중합체, 또는 다공성 플라스틱 필름임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오가노포리실옥산으로 이루어진 지지물이 보관목적용의 제거 가능하고 증기불투과성인 차단제로 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 휘발성 액체의 용해도 매개변수가 10 내지 25mpa의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 휘발성 액체중의 오가노폴리실옥산 물질의 팽윤도(본문에 정의된 바와 같음)가 1주일이내에 적어도 25%임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
