Claims (5)
- 제1소자가 최소한 부분적으로 유리 또는 세라믹으로 구성되어 있으며, 제2소자가 최소한 부분적으로 금속으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 소자사이의 본드는 제1소자의 유리 또는 세라믹부와 제2소자의 금속부에 의해 형성되어 있는, 상기 제1 및 제2소자를 레이저 용착으로 상호 접속시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 금속 보조소자는 고체상태 본드에 의해 제1소자의 유리 또는 세라믹부에 접합되며, 그후, 가열하지 않고, 제2소자의 금속부가 레이저 빔에 의해 금속 보조소자에 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소자 상호 접속방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 레이저 빔은 유리 또는 세라믹 부분을 통해 용착을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소자 상호 접속방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 급속 보조소자는 열 압축에 의해 유리 도는 세라믹 부분에 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소자 상호 접속방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 금속 보조소자는 상승된 온도에서 전계수단에 의해 유리 또는 세라믹 부분에접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소자 상호 접속방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 금속 보조소자는 초음파 소자에 의해 유리 또는 세라믹 부분에 접합되며, 소자와 접합되는 부분 사이에 제공되는 알루미늄 포일이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소자 상호 접속방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
