Description

자동차용 전자식 조광기 (전자식RHEOSTAT)
제1도는 본 고안을 설명키 위한 전기식 회로도이다.
* 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
R1-R6: 저항 VR1: 가변저항(조명의 밝기 조정용)
C1-C3: 콘덴서 Q1-Q3: 트랜지스터
D1-D4: 다어오드
본 고안의 자동차의 실내 계기판의 조명을 조절하는 것으로 종래의 저항식 조광기는 저항 변화에 의해 직접 램프를 구동하여 불밝기를 조절하는 것으로 저항에서 발생하는 열이 매우 높고, 전력소모도 이에 비례하여 많았다.
이와 같은 종래의 결점을 해결하기 위해 본 고안은 단속방지(Switching Type)의 전자회로를 구성하여 램프를 구동 시키도록 하므로 발생하는 열도적고, 전력 소모도 훨씬 줄이기 위한 목적으로 안출된 것이다.
이를 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부된 도면은 본 고안을 설명키 위한 전기적 회로도로 에미터 접지된 NPN형 트랜지스터(Q1,Q2)의 베이스에는 각기 다이오드 (D1,D2)를 통해 가변저항(VR1)의 양단에 연결되고 상기한 가변저항(VR1)의 가동단에는 저항(R1)을 통해 전원(B)에 연결 되었으며, 상기한 NPN형 트랜지스터(Q1,Q2)의 콜렉터는 각기 콘덴서(C1,C2)를 통해 접점 (,)에 각기 연결되어 발진회로가 구성되었으며, 그 출력은 저항(R3)을 통해 PNP형 트랜지스터(Q3)의 베이스에 연결되고 콜렉터는 접지사이에 램프(L)가 연결되고 에미터가 전원부(B)에 연결 하여서된 것이다.
도면중 미 설명부호중 R2, R4, R5, R6는 저항, D3, D4는 다이오드, C3는 콘덴서를 의미한다.
상기와 같은 구성으로된 것이므로 특성이 같은 두 트랜지스터(Q1, Q2)로 구성되는 발진회로에 전원이 공급되면, 두 트랜지스터(Q1,Q2)가 동시에 ON되어야 하지만 트랜지스터의 특성이 이상적으로 아주 똑같을 수가 없는데다가 저항(R1, R5) 및 가변저항 (VR1)에 의해 아주 미소한 차이가 있어 이 미소한 특성 차이에 의해 어느 한쪽 트랜지스터가 먼저 ON하게 된다.
만약, 트랜지스터(Q1)이 먼저 ON하였다고 가정하면 트랜지스터(Q1)의 콜렉터 전위는 저 전위가 되며, 이로 인하여 트랜지스터(Q2)의 베이스 전위도 저 전위가 되어 트랜지스터(Q2) 는 OFF상태가 된다.
따라서, 트랜지스터(Q1)은 ON, 트랜지스터(Q2)는 OFF상태를 지속한다, 이 상태에서 저항(R1,R5)와 가변저항(VR1) 및 콘덴서(C2)로 구성되는 시정수 회로에 의해점의 전위는 서서히 상승하여 트랜지스터(Q2)가 ON될 때까지 상승한다.
어느시간이 지나 트랜지스터(Q2)가 ON되게 되면, 트랜지스터(Q2)의 콜렉터 전위는 저 전위가 되어 트랜지스터(Q1)의 베이스도 저 전위가 되어 트랜지스터(Q1)은 OFF하게 된다.
즉, 트랜지스터(Q2)는 ON, 트랜지스터(Q1)은 OFF상태가 된다.
이 상태에서 다시 저항(R1)과 가변저항(VR1) 및 콘덴서(C1)로 구성되는 시정수 회로에 의해점의 전위는 서서히 상승하여 트랜지스터(Q1)이 ON될대까지 상승한다. 이렇게 어느 시간이 지나 트랜지스터(Q1)이 ON하게 된다.
이와같이 두 트랜지스터(Q1,Q2)가 서로 ON-OFF동작을 서로 번갈아 행하게 되는데 이때 트랜지스터(Q1)의 콜렉터에서 신호를 취출할여 저항(R3)으로 트랜지스터(Q3)의 베이스를 트리거하여 트랜지스터(Q3)를 ON-OFF구동시키고, 트랜지스터(Q3)의 콜렉터와 접지(-)단자 사이에 연결된 램프(ㄴ)를 점멸하게 된다.
램프의 밝기를 조절하는 것은 가변저항(VR1)으로서, ON-OFF동작의 듀티 사이클(Duty cycle)을 조절하여 줌으로서 ON시간을 길게 또는 OFF시간을 길게 조정함에 따라 램프를 밝게 또는 어둡게 하여 주는 것이다.
다이오드 (D3)는 램프에 의한 서어지 전압 억제용이고, 다이오드(D4)는 전원 전압을 역으로 연결시 회로보호용이다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 단속 방식의 전자회로를 구성하여 램프를 구동시켜 실내 계기판에서 조명의 밝기로 조절시킴으로 발생되는 열도 적어지고 전력 소모도 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 자동차의 실내 또는 계기판의 조명을 조절함에 있어서, 트랜지스터(Q1,Q2)로 구성되는 발진 회로의 출력 신호로 트랜지스터(Q3)를 단속시켜 콜렉터와 접지 사이에 연결된 램프(ㄴ)를 점멸 시키도록 되고 가변 저항(VR1)으로 발진 주파수의 듀티 사이클(Duty cycle)을 가변 시켜 주도록됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전자식 조광기.
