Claims (15)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이러한 화합물의 염.
    상기 식에서, R1은 수소 또는 히드록시를 나타내고, R2는 수소 또는 아실을 나타내며, A 및 B는 서로 독립적으로, 각각 C=O 또는 C-OH를 나타내고, 점선은 A 또는 B가 C=O을 나타낼 경우 중앙 결합의 위치에서, 또는 A 또는 B가 C-OH를 나타낼 경우 두 외부 경합의 위치에서의 C=C 이중결합을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 일반식(2)에 따른 공간구조를 갖는 화합물.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 수소 또는 히드록시를 나타내고, R2가 수소를 나타내며, A가 C=O을 나타내고 B가 C=O 또는 C-OH를 나타내며, 점선이 상기에서 정의한 바와 같은 의미를 갖는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이러한 화합물의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
  4. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 히드록시를 나타내고 R2가 수소를 나타내며, A가 C-OH를 나타내고, B가 C-OH를 나타내며, 점선이 상기에서 정의한 바와 같은 의미를 갖는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이 화합물의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 히드록시를 나타내고, R2가 아세틸을 나타내며, A가 C=O를 나타내고 B가 C=O를 나타내며, 점선이 상기에서 정의한 바와 같은 의미를 갖는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이 화합물의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
  6. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 수소 또는 히드록시를 나타내고, R2가 수소를 나타내며, A가 C=O를 나타내고, B가 C=OH를 나타내고, 점선이 상기에서 정의한 바와 같은 의미를 갖는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 이러한 화합물의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.
  7. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 생성하는 종 믹소코거스 산터스(Myxococcus xanthus)의 Mx x48 균주 또는 이로부터 유도된 돌연변이체를, 탄소 및 질소 화합물 및 필수적으로 쉽게 축적이 가능한 형태의 무기염을 함유하는 배지에서 15℃ 내지 40℃ 및 pH 5 내지 9의 호기심 조건하에 생육시키고 생성된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 분리하고, 필요시 생성된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅰ)의 다른 화합물로 전환시키고/시키거나 생성된 화합물을 염으로 전환시키고/시키거나 생성된 염을 유리화합물 또는 다른 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 조발효액으로부터 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 분리하기 위해, 이들을 거대다공성 비-이온성 수지에 흡착시키고 크로마토그래피법으로 정제함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 약산성 작용 그룹을 갖는 이온교환기에서 크로마토그래피하고/하거나, 흡착 또는 분배 크로마토그래피 및/또는 비극성 표면에서의 고압 액체 크로마토그래피하여 정제함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 따른 방법에 따라 수득가능한 항생적 활성 화합물.
  11. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 생성하는, 번호 NCIB 12 268로 스코틀랜드 아베르덴 소재의 NCIB(National collection of Industrial and Marine Bacteria)에 기탁된 미생물 믹소코커스 산터스(Myxococcus xanthus)의 Mx x48 균주 또는 균주로부터 유도된 돌연변이체.
  12. 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체와 혼합한 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 함유하는 약제학적 제제.
  13. 인간 또는 동물체의 치료처리방법에 사용하기 위한 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
  14. 그람-양성 세균에 의한 세균성 감염을 치료하고 종양을 치료하기 위한 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
  15. 약제학적 제제를 제조하기 위한 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염의 용도.
