Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(1)의 β·α-불포화 O-아실 히드록사메이트를 약 염기의 존재하에 불활성 용매 중에서 양성 할로겐 서약과 혼합하여 R이 보호된 아미노 그룹인 경우에는, 일반식(2)의 시스-3.4-이치환된 아제티디논을 수득하거나 R이 보호된 아미노 이외이 그룹일 경우에는 일반식(3)의 트란스-3.4-이치환된 아제티디논을 수득함을 특징으로 하여 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 보호된 아미노, 저급 알킬 ; 또는 페닐로 치환된 저급 알킬이고, R1은 C1-C6알킬, C1-C6알콕시, 페닐, 페녹시, 벤질옥시 ; 및 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시, 할로겐 또는 니트로로 치환된 페닐, 페녹시 및 벤질옥시이며, R2는 수소, 저급 알킬, (-CH2)m-CH-(CH2)m-ORx', (-CH2)p-X, (-CH2)g-CO2R2" 또는 -CH=CH-R3(여기에서 R2' 및 R2"는 각각 히드록시-보호 그룹 및 카복시-보호 그룹이고, X'는 클로로, 브로모 또는 요오도이고, m,n,p 및 g는 각각 0,1 또는 2이며, R3는 수소, 저급알킬, -CO2R2", 페닐, m(C1-C4알콕시) 페닐 또는 푸릴이다)이고, X는 크롤, 브로모 또는 요오드이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 보호된 아미노 그룹인 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 양성 할로겐 시약이 Cl+,Br+또는 I+인 방법.
  4. 제1 또는 3항에 있어서, X가 브로모인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R이 보호된 아미노 이외의 그룹인 방법.
  6. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R이 일반식 R'-O-C(O)-(여기서 R'는 C1-C6알킬, C2-C6알케닐, C3-C7사이클로알킬, 이소보닐, 아다만틸, 벤질, 디페닐메틸, 또는 C1-C10알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로 또는 할로겐으로 일-또는 이치환된 벤질 및 디페닐메틸 그룹이다.)인 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, R2가 수소 또는 저급 알킬인 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, R1이 벤질옥시 또는 치환된 벤질옥시인 방법.
  9. 제1 또는 5항에 있어서, R이 에틸 또는 벤질인 방법.
  10. 제1 또는 6항에 있어서, R'이 벤질 또는 치환된 벤질이고, R1이 벤질옥시 또는 치환된 벤질옥시이고, X가 브로모이며, R2가 수소인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
