제1도는 브레이크 동작을 개시하기 위하여 브레이크에의 적용을 대기하는 위치의 가동 밸브를 지니는, 본 발명에 따라 제공된 제동 장치의 개략 단면도
제2도는 브레이크 페달의 이동에 응답하여 공기 제동 압력이 수요될 때를 가정하여 중간 위치의 밸브를 보여주는 개략도
Claims (6)
- 작동기에 대한 제동압력을 조절하는 주 밸브와 미리 설정된 역치를 넘는 제동압력에 응답하여 단속적왕복운동을 개시시키는 역치수단 사이의 챔버에서 왕복운동하는 서틀피스톤(shuttle piston), 제동압력을 작동기에 작용시키는 챔버로 부터의 공기 라인, 셔틀피스톤이 왕복운동할때 작동기에 단속적인 온/오프 제동충격을 발생하도록 셔틀피스톤의 왕복운동에 응답하여 챔버의 압력을 보지하고 배출하는 밸브, 상기 챔버에 제동공기압력을 발생시키는 수단, 2개의 격실의 같은 크기의 공기압력에 응답하여 셔틀피스톤이 한 방향으로 이동하도록 각기 단부마다 다른 크기의 면적으로 지지하는 셔틀피스톤의 양측 단부의 격실, 상기 한 방향으로의 셔틀밸브의 이동에 의한 충격시 상기 챔버로 공기 제동압력을 보내도록 주 밸브를 작동시키는 수단, 배출밸브가 닫힌 안정 위치로 셔틀피스톤의 양단부에 대한 공기압력에 응답하여 반대방향으로 셔틀피스톤을 복귀시키는 수단, 제동압력이 상기 역치를 넘을 때 배출밸브의 개방으로 상기 역치수단에 의해 주 밸브를 향해 셔틀피스톤을 안정위치로 부터 멀어지게 밀치는 수단등을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량의 제동작동기를 제어하도록 브레이크 페달에 의해 조절되는 공기 제동압력으로부터 동작가능한 차량의 단속적 제동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동압력의 크기에 따라 셔틀피스톤 왕복운동의 횟수를 제어하는 수단을 특징으로 하는 차량의 단속적 제동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동압력을 받아 편향력을 극복하도록 탄력있게 바이어스된 피스톤을 포함하는 역치수단을 특징으로 하는 차량의 단속적 제동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대기와 통하는 배출구 통로를 개폐하도록 플렌지를 구비한 피스톤 몸체를 통하여 슬라이드가능한 로드를 포함하는 셔틀피스톤을 특징으로 하는 차량의 단속적 제동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 챔버로의제동 공기압력 통로를 개방하도록 셔틀피스톤의 충격에 의해 이동가능하며 그에 의해 챔버의 제동압력으로 스프링 바이어스에 대항하여 밀쳐지며 상기 챔버로 부터의 제동 공기압력을 차단하도록 스프링 바이어스되는 이동가능한 주 밸브부재를 특징으로 하는 차량의 단속적 제동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중심축을 따라 함께 연결되어 원통형 몸체를 형성하는 다수의 부분들로된 하우징 조립체를 특징으로 하는 차량의 단속적 제동장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
