Claims (5)
- 중공몸체(1)상에 1개 또는 그 이상의 개구를 갖는 부분(4,5,6,10,11,14,15), 특히 중공축상에 캠, 베어링 및/또는 구동요소를 고정시키며, 상기 부분(4,5,6,10,11,14,15)에 형성되어 있는 초기 상태의 개구 내경은 중공몸체에 고정될 부분의 외경보다 크며, 소정의 위치에 있는 상기 부분(4,5,6,10,11,14,15)은 고정과정이 일어나기 전에 중공(1)에 위치하게 되는 중공몸체에 부분을 고정시키는 방법에 있어서, 중공몸체(1)상에 상기 부분(4,5,6,10,11,14,15)을 고착시키기 전에 상기 부분(4,5,6,10,11,14,15)을 가열시킴 및/또는 상기 중공몸체(1)을 냉각시킴으로써 온도차가 생기며 각부분(4,5,6,10,11,14,15)은 적어도 고정부에서 중공몸체(1)이 팽창하고 상기 중공몸체(1)상에서 온도 평형으로 생기는 수축끼워 맞춤을 통해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공몸체상에 부분을 고정시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공몸체(1)은 압력매체의 유입으로 팽창되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공몸체상에 부분을 고정시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공몸체상에 많은 부분을 고정하는 경우에, 부분(15)의 고정부분에 있는 중공몸체(1)은 여러가지 압력으로 팽창되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공몸체상에 부분을 고정시키는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 방법을 수행할 중공몸체상에 부분을 고정시키는 장치에 있어서, 축방향으로 적어도 2부분으로 나뉜 매트릭스(2)는 팽창으로 인해 중공몸체(1)과 부분(4,5,6,14)을 고정시키기 위한 홈과 상기 부분사이에 위치한 중공몸체(1)의 단면 지지부분(2a)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공몸체상에 부분을 고정시키는 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 따른 방법을 수행할 중공몸체상에 부분을 고정시키는 장치에 있어서, 중공몸체(1)에 유입된 탐침(12)은 고정될 부분(10,11)의 축방향 연장부 상부면에 밀봉체(13)을 구비하며, 상기 밀봉체(13)사이에는 적어도 1개의 바이패스(12c)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공몸체상에 부분을 고정시키는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
