Claims (1)

  1. 보리 국수의 반죽할 물에 생계란과 양파즙을 배합하여 보리 국수 가루를 반죽하고 이를 국수의 면발로 성형 하면서 60-65℃의 열풍으로 가열하여 계란의 단백질 성분의 응고에 의하여 보리 국수의 면발을 고형화함을 특징으로한 보리 국수의 제조방법.
