Claims (13)
- 입상화된 쉽게 산화할 수 있는 금속과 그리고 선택으로 그 금속에 대한 산화제, 점결제, 입상화된 내화성재료, 내화성화이버, 및 유기질화이버의 하나 또는 그이상을 포함하는 방열성 조성물에 있어서, 역시 불소를 함유하는 유기화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.

- 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서,불소를 함유하는 유기화합물을 0.05~10.0중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 항에 있어서,용이하게 산화할 수 있는 금속은 알루미늄, 마그너슘 또는 실리콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 항에 있어서,용이하게 산화할 수 있는 금속은 알루미늄, 마그너슘 또는 실리콘의 대부분의 비율로 포함하는 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 항에 있어서,산화제는 아이언 옥사이드, 망가니스 디옥사이드, 소디움 나이트레이트, 포타시움 나이트레이트, 소디움 클로레이트 또는 포타시움 클로레이트의 하나 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 항에 있어서,전결제는 훼놀-포름알데히드 레진, 우레아-포름알데이드 레진, 아라비아 고무, 설파이트라이, 스티아치 또는 클로이드상의 실리카솔로부터 추출된 콜로이드상 실리카의 하나 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 항에 있어서,입상화된 내화성 재료는 실리카 샌드, 알루미나 또는 알루미노 실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 항에 있어서,입상화된 내화성 재료의 적어도 일부는 0.5g/cm3보다 더 작은 밀도를 가지는 경량재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,경량의 입상화 내화 재료는 펄라이트, 다이아토마이트 또는 하소인 벼깍지인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항의 어느 항에 있어서, 내화성 화이버는 알루미노 실리케이트 화이버 또는 칼슘 실리케이트 화이버인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항의 어느 항에 있어서,유기질화이버는 종이인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,중량으로 다음과 같이;쉽게 산화할 수 있는 금속 10~30%, 산화제 0~20%, 불소를 함유하는 유기화합물0.1~6%, 입상화된 내화성재료 5~80%, 내화성화이버 1~55%, 유기화이버 0~8%, 점결제 0~25%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열성 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
