Claims (8)
- 턴디쉬의 소모성 내부내장재로 사용되기 위한 내화성 및 단열성을 가진 슬래브에 있어서, 산화마그네슘과 감람석과 점결제로 구성되어 턴디쉬의 표면을 이루는 내침식층과, 적어도 1종류의 입자상의 규토질 내화물질과 섬유와 점결제로 구성된 지지층으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 슬래브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화마그네슘이 산소(dead-burnt)마그네슘사이트인 슬래브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화마그네슘과 감람석의 비율이 1:10 내지 4:1의 범위인 슬래브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 지지층내의 규토질 물질이 1종류 혹은 그 이상의 실리카 혹은 내화성 규산염인 슬래브.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 표면층이 무기섬유물질을 일부 함유하는 슬래브.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면층과 지지층중의 어느 하나 혹은 이들 모두에, 1종류 혹은 그 이상의 전분, 알칼리금속 규산염, 알킬리토금속 규산염, 인산염, 점결성점토, 시멘트, 페놀-포름알데히드 수지 및 요소-포름알데히드 수지로부터 선택된 점결제가 함유되는 슬래브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 점결제의 양이 2내지 10중량%이 슬래브.
- 외측의 금속케이싱 및 영구적인 내화성 내장재를 가진 연속주조용 턴디쉬에 있어서, 상기 청구범위들 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 내화성 및 단열성을 갖는 다수의 슬래브로 구성된 소모성의 내부 내장제가 상기 영구적인 내화성 내장재에 인접하게 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 턴디쉬.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
