Claims (10)
- 케이블의 단부에서 인출된 다수본의 심선을 일렬상태로 유지하여 이 각 심선을 선두의 것에서부터 순차적으로 송출하기 위한 심선공급기구와, 이 심선공급기구에서 1본씩 공급된 심선을 이송로터에 의하여 유지하여 그 심선을 심선취출위치까지 회전이송하기 위한 회전이송기구와, 상기한 이송로터를 개입하여 심선이 심선취출위치로 이송되기까지의 사이에 그 심선의 선번을 식별하기 위한 심선식별기구, 상기한 이송로터를 개입하여 상기한 심선취출위치까지 안내된 심선을 다수의 심선위치결정부가 설치된 심선홀미에 의하여 받아들여질때, 상기한 심선식별기구에서 부여되는 식별번호 데이타에 기준하여 소정선번의 심선위치결정부를 상기한 심선취출위치에 대기시키기 위한 심선홀미 위치결정기구, 상기한 이송로터를 개입하여 심선취출위치에 도달한 심선을 붙잡아서 상기한 대기증의 심선위치 결정부에 끼워넣기 위한 심선핸드링기구로 되는 케이블 심선 자동 배열장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이송로터가 그 외주면에 로터 회전축심과 평행하는 심선 유지기구을 지니는 케이블 심선 자동배열장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이송로터가 그 외주면에 로터회전축심과 평행하는 심선유지기구와 이 심선유지기구에 교차하는 환상요구를 구비하고 있는 케이블 심선 자동배열장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항의 어느 하나에 있어서,이송로터가 한쪽방향으로 간결(間缺)회전하도록 설치되어 있는 케이블 심선 자동배열장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항의 어느 하나에 있어서,이송로터가 일정한 회전각도내를 왕복회전하도록 설치되어 있는 케이블 심선 자동배열장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,심선 식별기구의 검출수단이 심선과 전기적으로 도통을 취하기 위한 나이프상 전극으로되는 케이블 심선 자동배열장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,회전이송기구와 심선 홀미위치 결정기구의 사이에 심선 통과부를 지니는 심선 안내기구가 개재되어 있는 케이블 심선 자동배열장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 6 항의 어느 하나에 있어서,회전이송기구와 심선 홀미위치 결정기구의 사이가 심선 통과부를 지니는 심선 안내기구에 의하여 칸막이 되어 있는 케이블 심선 자동배열장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,회전이송기구와 심선 홀미위치 결정기구의 사이에 심선을 심선 홀미위치결정기구의 심선 위치결정부에 끼워넣기 위한 심선합입기구가 배치되어 있는 케이블 심선 자동배열장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,심선 핸드링기구의 심선 조작핸드가 신축기에 의하여 유지되어 있는 케이블 심선 자동배열장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
