Claims (6)
- 쌍각류의 껍질을 사실상 닫힌 상태로 유지하기에 적합한 봉투안에 적어도 1층으로 쌍각류를 배열하고 그런뒤 쌍각류 및 봉투를 충분한 시간동안 충분한 온도에서 가열하여 쌍각류살이 껍질안에서 말아지도록 쌍각류를 적어도 부분적으로는 삶는 것으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 홍합 또는 기타 쌍각류 해산식품을 가공, 포장하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 봉투는 가요성 재료로 되어 있고 쌍각류는 봉투가 쌍각류 주위에 팽팽히 끌어 당겨지도록 봉투안에 진공포장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 봉투는 열수축성 플라스틱 재료로 되어있고, 봉투재료는 진공포장 과정중에 열수축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쌍각류는 사실상 동일 배향으로 단일층으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 봉투 및 쌍각류는 가열에 이어 동결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한 방법에 의해 제조된 쌍각류 포장물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
