Claims (15)
- 처리실을 형성하는 회전자유인 케이싱, 이 처리실은 피처리부재를 오우버플로우시키는 배출구를 가지며, 상기 케이싱을 그의 내부에 피처리제가 원심력에 의해 케이싱내주면에 강압하도록 회전시키는 구동장치 상기 케이싱 내주면에 대해서 상대회전하도록 케이싱 내에 위치된 처리부재, 상기 배출구에 연통된 분급기, 상기 배출구가 케이싱의 회전중심측에 설치되고, 또한, 이 배출구의 근방에 피처리제의 오우버플로우를 제한하는 제한수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제한수단이 분급블레이드로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분금 블레이드가 케이싱과 동축심 둘레이고, 또한 동방향으로 구동회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분급 블레이드가 케이싱에 설치되고, 또한 상기 처리부재가 케이싱과 동축심 둘레이고, 또한 동방향으로 회전구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 처리부재가 마쇄용의 부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 처리부재가 마찰용의 부재와 제분용의 부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출구가 통상의 격벽에 의해 형성되고 또한 상기 제한수단이 이 통상격벽의 내면에 형성된환상의 돌기로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 각 통상격벽의 하부에 링상 격벽이 연설되어서, 이들 양 격벽이 케이싱과 동축심 둘레이고, 또한 동방향으로 회전구동함과 동시에 상기 분급기가 케이싱에 직통되고 이 분급기에서 케이싱으로의 조분환원로가 상기 통상 격벽의 외주에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 링상 격벽이 조분을 케이싱 내주면에측에 비약하는 블레이드를 통해서 상기 케이싱에 설치되고, 또한 상기 처리부재가 케이싱과 동축심 둘레이고, 또한 동방향으로 회전구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 처리부재가 마쇄용부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 처리부재가 마찰용의 부재와 제분용의 부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제한수단이 제한판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱과 처리부내가 가열냉각기구를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 처리부재가 마찰용의 부재와 제분부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 분립체의 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리부재가 마찰용의 부재와 제분부재로 이루어지고, 이들 양부재와 상기 케이싱이 가열, 냉각기구를 가지는 것을 특징으로 한는 분립체의 처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
