Claims (3)

  1. 사출성형틀에서 성형된 합성수지물로 된 제품의 표면에 묻어있는 불순물이나 먼지등을 제거하는 탈지공정과 정전기 제거공정을 거친 다음에 제품의 표면에 색상을 내는 도료를 코팅함에 있어서, 포드컵#4로서 10~11sec의 점도를 갖는 경화제가 배합된 도료를 분사 방법이나 또는 침지방법에 의하여 건조시 기준 10~15㎛의 두께를 갖도록 제품의 표면에 코팅하는 공정을 거쳐, 적외선로에서 60℃로 약 10분간 건조시키거나 60℃의 베이킹로에서 30분간 건조시키는 공정을 거치고, 이렇에 코팅된 제품의 표면에 다시 2액형아크릴 우레탄 광택에나멜계통의 투명도장 재료를 분사방법이나 또는 침지방법을 선택적으로 사용하여 건조시 기준 15㎛의 두께가 되도록 코팅하는 공정을 거친 후에 이를 적외선로에서 5분간 건조한 다음에 자외선로에서 5~6m/min의 속도로 통과시키거나, 또는 60℃베이킹로에서 30분간 건조시키는 공정을 거치도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지제품에 진주 빛 색상을 내도록 도료를 코팅하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 도료와 경화제의 중량비를 1 : 1~1.2의 비율로 배합한 후에 이를 공기압 2~2.5kg/cm를 이용하여 코팅되어야 할 제품으로부터 25~30cm 거리에서 분사방법으로 코팅하여 건조시킨 다음에, 점도가 포드컵 #4로서 11~12sec인 투명도장재와 경화제의 중량비가 10 : 1의 비율이 되도록 배합하여, 이를 공기압 2~2.5kg/cm을 이용하여 제품의 표면에 분사하여 코팅되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 도료와 경화제의 중량비가 1 : 0.3~0.4의 비율로 배합된 용액에 코팅할 제품을 10cm/min의 속도로 침지시켰다가 꺼내어 코팅되게 하여 건조시킨 다음에, 점도가 포드컵 #4로서 16~18sec인 투명도장재와 경화제의 중량비가 1 : 0.3~0.4의 비율이 되도록 배합된 용액에 10cm/min의 속도도 침지시켰다 꺼내어 코팅되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
