Claims (8)

  1. 근접 감지 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 중심 영역과 외부 영역을 갖는 평면 커패시터와, 최소한 한의 계단형 연부를 갖는 구동 입력펄스로부터 스파이크형 출력펄스를 형성하기 위해 상기 커패시터와 연관이 된 미분기 수단과, 근접체가 위치되어 있는 가를 결정하는 감지기의 인근에 또는 감지기에 접촉되고 있는 급접체가 없는 상태를 표시하는 기준 데이타와 상기 스파이크형 출력 펄스를 반복적으로 비교하도록 장치된 비교기 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근접 감지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평면 커패시터의 중심 영역을 크기는 상기 중심 영역과 상기 외부 영역 사이의 유전체 간격 또는 면적을 결정하며, 상기 평면 커패시터의 용량은 사람의 손가락의 용량과 비교될 수 있는 정도의 것을 특징으로 하는 근접 감지 장치.
  3. 선행하는 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중심 영역과 상기 부외 영역 사이의 유전체 면적의 주변길이와 상기 중역 영역의 주변 길이의 비율은 약 2:1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 근접 감지 장치.
  4. 선행하는 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 평면 커패시터의 외부 영역과 중심 영역은 거의 동일 평면에 있는 외부 영역판과 중심판인 것을 특징으로 하는 근접 감지 장치.
  5. 선행하는 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미분기 수단은 트랜지스터에 접속된 상기 평면 커패시터와 상기 트랜지스터를 바이어스시키는 저항을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근접 감지 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 평면 커패시터는 인쇄회로 기판내에서 에칭되며, 상기 트랜지스터의 입력 및 레지스터는 상기 인쇄회로 기판의 후방으로부터 상기 평면 커패시터의 상기 영역에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 근접 감지 장치.
  7. 미분기를 형성하기 위해 트랜지스터 및 레지스터에 접속된 평면 커패시터를 구비하는 용량성 근접 감지 장치에 있어서, 연속 출력이 제1출력과 동일할 때, 미분기로부터의 제1출력은 근접 본체가 존재하지 않는 것을 나타내며, 연속 출력은 어느 기준을 정하기 위해 제1출력과 비교되며, 연속 출력이 기준으로부터 상당히 벗어날 때, 근접 본체가 존재하는 것을 나타내는 용량성 근접 감지 장치.
  8. 미분기를 형성하기 위해 트랜지스터 및 레지스터에 각각 접속된 하나 또는 복수의 평면 커패시터 및 비교기 수단 및 각 미분기를 비교기 수단에 접속시키기에 적합한 스위칭 수단을 구비하는 용량성 감지 장치에 있어서, 양호하게 한정된 선단 옛지부를 가진 구동펄스는 스위칭 수단이 스위칭 운동을 완성한 후에만 미분기를 통과하여 비교기 수단에 도착될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 감지 장치.
