Claims (3)
- 교류원으로부터 유도된 교류를 대응 직류로 변환시키기 위해 다수의 스위칭 소자들의 게이트 위상제어를 실행하는 전력 정류기, 평활된 직류를 발생시키도록 전력 정류기로부터 유도된 직류를 평활시키기 위해 최소한 1개의 직류 리액터를 갖고 있는 평활회로, 평활회로로부터 유도된 직류를 교류로 변환시키고 출력측에 교류를 갖고 있는 부하를 유도하기 위해 다수의 브릿지-접속형 게이트 턴 오프 다이리스터(GTO 다이리시트)를 갖고 있는 인버터 메인회로, 부하로부터 유도된 무효 전류를 정류하기 위해 교류측이 인버터 메인회로의 대응출력측에 접속되어 있는 다수의 브릿지-접속형 다이오드를 갖고 있는 플라이휠 회로, 부하내에서 발생된 정류 써어지 전압을 저장하기 위해 플라이 휠 회로의 직류측 양단에 접속된 캐패시터, 전력 정류기의 양극 및 음극을 향해 캐패시터 양단의 전하를 동작적으로 방전시키기 위해 손방향으로 캐패시터에 접속된 한 쌍의 GTO 다이리스터 및 캐패시터 양단의 과전하를 방전시키도록 GTO 다이리스터 쌍을 트리거시키고 GTO 다이리스터쌍의 방전 동작이 완료될 때 스위칭 소자들이 트리거되도록 전력 정류기의 전력 정류 동작에 필요한 기간 동안 트리거링 펄스들을 전력 정류기의 스위칭 소자들에 계속 보내기 위한 제어회로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정류원 GTO 인버터용 무효 전력 처리 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부하가 리액턴스를 갖고 있는 3상 유도 모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 무효 전력 처리 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전력 정류기내의 스위칭 소자들이 역차단 트라이오드 다이리스터들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무효 전력 처리 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
