Claims (1)
- 파이프, 환봉등, 봉형상의 피측정물의 형성을 측정하는 3차원적으로 이동시 가능한 측정장치의 아암에 설치되는 검지기에서, 조사방향이 서로다른 2개의 투광기와, 그 투광기로부터 조사되는 각각의 광축상에 설치된 2개의 수광기로 이루어진 2조의 광센서를 구비한 프로브와, 상기 프로브를 일축회전으로 회동자재롭게 지지하는 지지수단과, 상기 프로브의 회동각도를 검지하는 각도 검지수단을 구비한 봉형상 물체의 비접촉 측정자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
