제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하는데 유용한 중합장치의 일례로서, 비응축가스의 일부가 환류냉각기에서 연장된 비응축가스배출관으로 반환되어 상기 비응축가스가 재순환되고,
제2도는 본 발명의 방법을 실시하는데 유용한 중합장치의 다른예로서, 비응축가스의 나머지 부분이 환류냉각기의 증기도입관으로 반환된다.
제3도는 실시예 1에 의해 중합을 행한 경우의 조작시간과 반응온도의 관계를 비교실험결과와 함께 도시하는 그래프.
제4도는 실시예 2에 의해 중합을 행한 경우의 조작시간과 반응온도의 관계를 단른 비교실험결과와 함께 도시하는 그래프.

Claims (4)
- 반응계에서 휘발성액상매체의 존재하에 발생된 증기를 환류냉각기에서 응축하고, 이어서 생성된 비응축 가스와 응축액을 반응계로 반환함으로써 중합열을 제거하는 냉각계가 부착된 중합장치의 중합온도제어방법에 있어서, 비응축 가스의 일부는 냉각계로 재순환되고, 비응축가스의 재순환유량과 환류 냉각기의 냉각매체도입 유량은 반응계의 온도에 따라 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합온도의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비응축 가스의 일부는 냉각계의 환류냉각기에서 연장된 비응축 가스배출관으로 반환되어 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합온도의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비응축 가스의 일부는 냉각계의 환류냉각기의 증기도입관 및 환류냉각기에서 연장된 비응축가스배출관으로 반환되어 재순환되고, 도입관 및 배출관의 비응축 가스 재순환유량과 환류냉각기의 냉각매체도입유량은 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합온도의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 휘발성액상매체는 중합대상단량체인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합온도의 제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
