합성 피혁을 피복한 합성 수지 성형품 및 그의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 적절한 실시예에서 사용되는 열전사 필름을 확대하여 도시하는 단면도.
제2도는 제1도의 열전사 필름을 합성 피혁위에 열전사한 상태를 도시하고, 설명의 편의상 열전사 필름을 확대해서 보이는 도면.
제3도는 열전사 필름을 접착한 합성 피혁을 금형 내에 설치하여 본발명의 성형품을 성형하는 공정을 도시하는 단면도로서, 금형내의 요철면을 확대하여 도시한 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 합성 피혁의 표면에 이 합성 피혁보다 더 복원 탄성이 적은 얇은 피복층을 일체적으로 접착하여 상기 합성 피혁의 이면에는 열가소성 수지를 그 성형시에 일체적으로 결착시키는 동시에 상기 피복층에는 무수의 미세한 요철면을 형성하여 배의 껍질 형상화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성피혁을 피복한 합성 수지 성형품.
  2. 합성 피혁의 표면에 상기 합성 피혁보다 복원 탄성이 적은 얇은 피복층을 일체적으로 접착한 시이트 형상물을 사용하여 상기 시이트 형상물을 그 피복층이 무수의 미세한 요철상으로 조면화된 금형의 내면에 대향하도록 설치하고, 상기 금형을 닫은 후에 상기 시이트 형상물의 상기 합성 피혁의 이면측으로 부터 용융된 열가소성 수지를 사출 성형하고, 상기 수지와 상기 합성 피혁을 일체화하는 동시에 사출수지압으로 상기 피복층을 상기 금형내면에 압압하여 상기 피복층에 무수의 미세한 요철면을 형성하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 피혁을 피복한 합성 수지 성형품의 제법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피복층을 상기 합성 피혁에 접착하는데 있어 베이스 필름위에 박리층을 개재하여 착색 잉크층 및 접착층이 형성되어 구성되는 전사 필름을 사용하여 상기 전사필름의 상기 접착층의 면을 상기 합성 피혁에 얹어, 상기 베이스 필름 위에서 핫프레스, 가압로울러 등의 가열압력을 가하여 상기 합성 피혁과 상기 전사 필름을 일체적으로 접착한 후에 상기 베이스 필름을 박리하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 피혁을 피복한 합성 수지 성형품의 제법.
