Claims (11)
- 소선자체를 절연하는 턴절연이 실시된 복수개의 평각전선을 권회한 권선의 외주에 다공상태의 폴리아미드 섬유를 권회하고 다시 그 전체에 비스페놀형 에폭시, 반응성희석제 및 아민계경화제로된 에폭시 수지를 함침 경화시킨 전자교반장치용 수냉권선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드 섬유는 통기량 25초/100㎤ - 공기 이하의 폴리아미드 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자교반장치용 수냉권선.
- 제1항에 있어서 평각전선은 전선의 평면에 적어도 한겹으로 유리섬유를 권회하여 이에 와니스재를 처리하여서 턴절연을 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자교반장치용 수냉권선.
- 제3항에 있어서, 와니스재는 에폭시, 폴리에스테르 및 폴리이미드로된 군에서 선정된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자교반장치용 수냉권선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평각전선은 에나멜 재가 열융착된 에나멜 절연전선인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자교반 장치용 수냉권선.
- 제5항에 있어서, 에나멜재는 폴리에스테르 에나멜, 폴리에스테르 이미드 에나멜, 폴리아미드 에나멜 및 폴리이미드 에나멜로된 군에서 선정된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자교반장치용 수냉권선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평각전선은 전선의 표면에 절연필름을 권회하여서 턴절연을 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자교반장치용 수냉권선.
- 제7항에 있어서, 절연필름은 폴리이미드 필름, 아라미드지 필름 및 폴리에스테르 필름으로된 군에서 선정된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자교반장치용 수냉권선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평각전선은 집성마이카박판을 패킹재로 패킹한 집성마이카테이프를 전선표면에 권회하여서 턴절연을 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자교반장치용 수냉권선.
- 제9항에 있어서, 집성마이카박판은 고분자 피브리드가 1-9% 중량 % 혼입된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자교반장치용 수냉권선.
