Description

电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组
本发明涉及使用于电磁搅拌装置的水冷绕组。
电磁搅拌装置因为是设置在窄小场所内的,所以其大小必须设计成小型的。另外,因为有时是要通过大电流来使用的,所以有必要对绕组即线圈等的过热部分进行冷却。对于用气冷方式来冷却线圈的电磁搅拌装置,一般能够使用的最大电流密度为3~5A/mm,在最大电流密度超过10A/mm的场合则不能使用。因此在此种场合,使用对线圈进行水冷的电磁搅拌装置。
第1图是上述水冷电磁搅拌装置中的绕组部的剖视图,第2图是第1图所示装置中所使用的线圈的扩大剖视图。
在第1图中,(1)是构成绕组的线圈,该绕组的电线绕成椭圆形,在该线圈(1)内插入铁芯(2),并通过楔(3)及间隔垫片(4)固定在铁芯(2)上。固定在铁芯(2)上的线圈(1)为了绝缘,线圈整体进行了树脂的浸渍处理。
在第2图中,(5)是以必要的匝数形成的导体,例如扁电线。在该导体(5)的表面,用聚酰亚胺薄膜半叠包地绕上几层,形成匝间绝缘层(6),再在该匝间绝缘层(6)的上层,连导体(5)在内一起,用例如玻璃带以半叠包的方式绕上两层,形成作为主绝缘层的绝缘层(7)。
在以往的利用水冷的电磁搅拌装置的场合,匝间绝缘层(6)必须是防水性良好的绝缘材料,必须也兼有空冷时的绝缘层(7)所起的主绝缘层的作用。因此在该场合,绝缘层所起的作用发生了变化:绝缘层(7)起了把各匝导体捆束起来的作用,而且用匝间绝缘层(6)来弥补其所兼备的主绝缘即防水绝缘的作用。匝间绝缘层的负担因此加重。
在上述那样以往的电磁搅拌装置的绕组中,匝间绝缘层(6)是防水性的,因为不仅必须起线圈匝间绝缘的作用,而且必须起整个匝线圈绝缘(主绝缘)的作用,所以有如下的缺点;匝间绝缘层会很厚,从而整个线圈变得很大。另外,又因为是把绕了多层薄膜作绝缘层的电线来加工成线圈的,所以又有容易受到加工劣化,绕圈(1)的寿命缩短的缺点。一方面,如果在上述电线加工成形后再施加匝间绝缘层(6)的话,就存在作业很繁,很费工时,经济方面不上算的缺点。
本发明是为了解决上述问题而作出的,目的在于获得一种线圈的成品尺寸较小,并且与以往装置相比其防水性能很出色、寿命长而且在机械性方面刚性也佳的电磁搅拌装置用的水冷绕组。
本发明涉及的电磁搅拌装置用的水冷绕组具体如下:在具有匝间绝缘层的多根扁电线的绕组上,绕上能浸渍树脂的多孔状态的聚酰胺纤维,再在该绕组上浸渍环氧树脂而构成主绝缘层。
本发明中使用的聚酰胺纤维,通气量最适宜的是25~20秒/100cm空气的。通气量一旦超过25秒/cm空气这一个值,则树脂的保持性能就变差,因为树脂会漏失,所以不够理想。又,该聚酰胺纤维中厚度为0.08mm(3密耳)、标重为40~60g/m或厚度为0.13mm(5密耳)、标重为70~90g/m的使用最合适,另外也能使用聚酰胺纸,例如424号诺曼克斯(NOMEX,美国杜邦公司产品的商品名称)纸最合适。
作为浸渍绕组的环氧树脂,使用最合适的是由双苯酚型环氧、反应性稀释剂例如二环氧甘油醚系反应性稀释剂以及胺系硬化剂构成的环氧树脂。
本发明中所使用的所谓绕有玻璃纤维的扁电线,是至少绕有一层玻璃纤维的扁电线,并对该扁电线用树脂性浸渍漆(varnish)进行浸渍、固化处理以形成匝间绝缘层,作为浸渍和固化在该扁电线上的树脂性浸渍漆,可使用由环氧、聚脂或聚酰亚胺制造的树脂。
本发明中所使用的耐热漆包线漆(enamel),可使用聚脂漆、聚脂酰亚胺漆、聚酰胺漆或聚酰亚胺漆,可以根据耐热性能进行选择。
本发明中所使用的薄膜可使用聚酰亚胺薄膜、芳族聚酰胺纸薄膜或聚酯薄膜,例如属于聚酰亚胺薄膜的卡普通(Kapton,美国杜邦公司的商品名称)或尤庇莱克斯〈&&〉日本宇部兴产公司的商品名称)比较合适。
本发明中所使用的底材可以使用玻璃纤维布、聚酰亚胺薄膜例如诺曼克斯(NOMEX,美国杜邦公司的商品名称)、芳香族聚酰胺薄膜、聚脂无纺布、聚脂薄膜或聚仲班酸薄膜。
在本发明中所使用的所谓高分子纤维体,是短纤维粒子,它由例如如下的结构式的重复而构成:-NH-Ar1-NH-CO-Ar2-CO-或-NH-Ar3-CO-(Ar1、Ar2、Ar3是二价芳香族基)。较合适的例如可以使用芳香族聚酰胺纤维体。该高分子纤维体对于组合云母箔可混入的重量为1~9%。混入量如果不到1重量%,则生成的组合云母带的强度很低,混入量如果超过9重量%,则树脂不能混入组合云母带中,故不够理想。
在本发明中,因为是在具有匝间绝缘的扁电线绕成的绕组上,绕上易于浸渍树脂的多孔状态的聚酰胺纤维,再在这上面浸渍环氧树脂并使其硬化的,因此,能达到机械刚性好、防水性好而且寿命长的目的。
以下利用附图说明本发明的实施例。第1图是根据本发明一实施例的水冷电磁搅拌装置中的绕组部的剖视图,同时也是以往的水冷电磁搅拌装置中的绕组部的剖视图,第2图是第1图装置中的线圈的扩大剖视图,第3图是图示根据本发明一实施例的及以往水冷电磁搅拌装置中所用的线圈的水中加电压劣化特性的曲线图。
在图中,(1)是线圈,(2)是铁芯,(3)是楔,(4)是间隔垫片,(5)是导体,(6)是匝间绝缘层,(7)是主绝缘层。
实施例1
在第2图中,作为导体(5)使用扁电线,在该扁电线上绕上两层玻璃纤维,再浸渍环氧树脂并使其固化来作为匝间绝缘层(6)。导体(5)绕成所需圈数的线圈,形成所需的形状。接着,在上述线圈上半叠包地绕上4层厚1.3mm(5密耳)、宽19mm的纸带[使用424号诺曼克斯(NOMEX,美国杜邦公司的商品名称)纸]来作为主绝缘层(7),该纸带由标重为81.4g/m、具有通气量在25秒/100cm空气以下(ASTM,D726A方法)的密度的聚酰胺纸构成。把第1图的铁芯(2)插入该线圈(1)内,用楔(3)、间隔垫片(4)等进行固定和接线。该接线部也与上述一样,形成匝间绝缘和主绝缘。更进一步,用呋喃甲醇使65份环氧树脂当量为190的双苯酚型环氧、20份丁二醇二环氧甘油醚及3份一乙基胺溶解,并用由该溶解物20份构成的环氧树脂对上述线圈(1)进行真空压力浸渍处理,然后一边进行旋转干燥,一边使浸渍的树脂聚合硬化。
对如此制成的线圈进行了水中加电压劣化特性试验。该试验是根据在线圈放入水中并施加电压的场合,到线圈被击穿为止的时间与外加电压之间的关系来求劣化特性的。这样获得的结果在第3图示出。图中,横轴表示时间(小时),纵轴表示外加电压(伏),曲线A是根据本发明的线圈的特性曲线,曲线B表示以往的线圈的特性。如果分别以1分值进行比较,则以往的场合(曲线B)是10Kv,根据本发明的场合(曲线A)是30Kv。因此可知,根据本发明的线圈的劣化特性与以往的线圈相比要优良得多。可以认为,这是因为本发明的主绝缘层(7)是非常致密的,所以防水性和加电压劣化特性有了相当的改善。因此,与以往的使各匝间绝缘层(6)具有防水性的线圈相比,具有遥遥领先的可靠性。
又,主绝缘层(7)处理完后,在扁电线(5)的导线束之间施加电压进行测定的所谓匝间绝缘层破坏电压是4Kv。
以上说明的是在扁电线上绕上两层玻璃纤维,并进行环氧树脂的浸渍和固化处理以形成匝间绝缘的场合,以下对施行了不同形态的匝间绝缘的本发明的其他实施例进行说明。又,主绝缘层(7)都以与上述实施例1同样的方式形成。
实施例2。
作为导体(5)使用扁电线,把聚酯酰亚胺漆包线漆固化在该扁电线上作为匝间绝缘层(6)。
在该场合,匝间绝缘的破坏电压是15Kv。
实施例3。
作为导体(5)使用扁电线,把聚酯酰亚胺漆包线漆固化在该扁电线上,再在该漆层的表面,绕上两层玻璃纤维,并用树脂性浸渍漆进行浸渍、固化处理来作为匝间绝缘层(6)。
在该场合,匝间绝缘破坏电压是20Kv。
实施例4。
作为导体(5)使用扁电线,把厚0.025mm的聚酰亚胺薄膜卡普通(Kapton,美国杜邦公司商品名称)薄膜在该扁电线上半叠包地绕上1层,作为匝间绝缘层(6)。
在该场合,匝间绝缘破坏电压是20Kv。
实施例5。
作为导体(5)使用扁电线,把以聚脂薄膜为底材的、成品厚度为0.13mm的组合云母带在该扁电线上半叠包地绕上1层作为匝间绝缘层(6)。
在该场合,匝间绝缘破坏电压是25Kv。
实施例6。
作为导体(5)使用扁电线,把芳香族聚酰胺纸热熔融粘附在混入了9重量%的芳香族聚酰胺纤维体的组合云母箔上,把以此为底材的组合云母带在该扁电线上一叠包地绕上两层作为匝间绝缘层(6)。
在该场合,匝间绝缘的破坏电压是25Kv。
本发明如以上说明的那样,因为是在由具有匝间绝缘的扁电线绕成的绕组上,绕上多孔状态的聚酰胺纤维,再用由双苯酚型环氧树脂、反应性稀释剂及胺系硬化剂组成的环氧树脂对其进行整体浸渍并使之硬化,因此,在上述聚酰胺纤维上,树脂能充分地浸渍,同时能稳定且可靠地硬化,防水性可长期改善,而且作业简化,经济性提高。

Claims (11)

1、一种电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,该绕组的主绝缘层包括:绕在由多根具有对导线束本身进行绝缘的匝间绝缘的扁电线绕成的绕组外周的多孔性绝缘材料,以及然后对该整个绕组进行浸渍而硬化在其上的热硬化性树脂,其特征在于,所述的多孔性绝缘材料是多孔状态的聚酰胺纤维,所述的热硬化性树脂是由双苯酚型环氧、反应性稀释剂及胺系硬化剂组成的环氧树脂。
2、按权利要求1记载的电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,其特征是,聚酰胺纤维是通气量在25秒/100cm3空气以下的聚酰胺纤维。
3、按权利要求2记载的电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,其特征是,在扁电线的平面上至少绕上一层玻璃纤维,并对此用树脂性浸渍漆进行浸渍、固化处理,以此来制造匝间绝缘。
4、按权利要求3记载的电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,其特征是,树脂性浸渍漆是从由环氧、聚脂及聚酰亚胺组成的材料组中选出的。
5、按权利要求2、3或4记载的电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,其特征是,扁电线是涂敷有漆包线漆的漆绝缘电线。
6、按权利要求5记载的电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,其特征是,漆包线漆是从由聚脂漆、聚脂酰亚胺漆、聚酰胺漆及聚酰亚胺漆组成的材料组中选出的。
7、按权利要求2记载的电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,其特征是,扁电线是通过在电线表面绕上绝缘薄膜来制造匝间绝缘的。
8、按权利要求7记载的电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,其特征是,匝间绝缘是从由聚酰亚胺薄膜、芳香族聚酰胺纸薄膜及聚脂薄膜组成的薄膜组中选出的。
9、按权利要求2记载的电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,其特征是,扁电线是通过在电线的表面绕上以底材衬垫在组合云母箔上而制成的组合云母带,来制造匝间绝缘的。
10、按权利要求9记载的电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,其特征是,组合云母箔是混入了1~9重量%的高分子纤维体的箔。
11、按权利要求9或10记载的电磁搅拌装置用水冷绕组,其特征是,底材是从由玻璃纤维布、芳香族聚酰胺薄膜、聚酰亚胺薄膜、聚脂薄膜、聚脂无纺布及聚仲班酸薄膜组成的底材组中选出的。
