Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 하나의 마찰부재(4a)를 한 방향으로 변위시켜 그 마찰부재를 제동될 적어도 하나의 회전부재(1a)와 마찰 접합되게 하며, 마찰부재를 작동하기 위해 직선적으로 변위 가능한 작동부재(12)와 구동 적합적으로 협동하는 나사부(11)를 갖고 있는 제어축(10)을 가역적으로 회전 구동하는 전동기(8)를 갖고 있는 작동기구(機構)를 포함하고 있는 차량의 전기 제동장치에 있어서, 제어축(10)이 상기 방향에 대략 직각으로 뻗고 있는 것과, 작동부재는 한쌍의 대향하는 경사면(15,16)과 각각 협동하는 적어도 한쌍의 로울러(14)와 연관되어 있는 쐐기체(12)로 되어 있고, 이들 경사면 중의 적어도 첫째것(15)은 마찰부재(4a)를 작동하기 위해 상기 방향으로 변위 가능한 피스톤수단(5)에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전기 제동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 피수톤수단(5)의 작동방향으로 쐐기체(12)를 편향시키는 보조스프링(50)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 제어축(10)과 인접한 정지벽(20) 사이에 적어도 하나의 축방향 볼 스러스트 베어링 수단(19)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 제어축(10)은 탄성커플링(18)을 통해서 전동기(8)의 출력축(9)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 경사면들 중의 적어도 하나(16)와 연관된 적어도 하나의 힘 감지장치(23)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 상기 각항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 회전부재는 적어도 하나의 디스크(1a)로 되어 있고, 장치는 디스크에 걸터 앉고 작동기구를 지지하는 캘리퍼체(2)를 포함하며, 상기 피스톤수단(5)은 캘리퍼체(2)에 형성된 구멍(보어)(6)에 활주 가능하게 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 둘째 경사면(16)은 캘리퍼체(2) 내에 고정(정지)적으로 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제5항 또는 7항에 있어서, 힘감지장치는 둘째 경사면(16)과 관련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  9. 제6항 내지 8항 중 하나에 있어서, 회전부재는 두 평행디스크(1a,1b)로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제6항 내지 9항 중의 하나에 있어서, 피스톤수단(5)은 기능적 유동을 보정하기 위한 시스템을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
