Claims (6)

  1. 저취전로, 평로, 전기로 또는 기타 야금학적 용기내의 선철 또는 강의 산소처리시, 냉각 유체가 흐르는 적어도 하나의 냉각 재킷을 구비하는 600℃이하의 온도로 가열되는 산소 취입 노즐의 냉각방법에 있어서, 액체금속을 냉각유체로 사용하며, 이 액체금속을 폄프에 의해 열교환기를 통해 순환시켜 상기 노즐로부터 전달된 열을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소취입 노즐의 냉각 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각유체인 액체금속의 비점이 600℃이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 산소취입 노즐의 냉각 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉각유체인 액체금속이 소디움 또는 포타슘 및/또는 소디움-포타슘의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 산소취입 노즐의 냉각 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉각유체인 액체금속이 리튬 또는 리튬-납의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 산소취입 노즐의 냉각 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 노즐의 냉각이 냉각 재킷으로의 진입시 온도가 400℃이상인 액체화된 금속에 의해 고온냉각으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소취입 노즐의 냉각 방법.
  6. 제1-5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각유체인 액체금속이 펌프에 의해 냉각재킷을 통해 순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소취입 노즐의 냉각 방법.
