Claims (10)
- 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법에 있어서, 용접봉의 유효수명을 증가시키는 방법으로서, 상기 용접봉 팁 위에 거친 표면을 형성해주고, 그리고 상기 알루미늄 공작물 위의 목표한 용접 위치에 인공적으로 적용되는 강접착제 코오팅을 제공해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저항 용접법은 저항 점용접법인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 처음의 용접 준비에 있어서 용해덩어리의 직경은 최소의 허용 가능한 덩어리 직경 보다 15%이상 더크지 않도록 준비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용접봉은 최소한 10마이크론의 평균거칠기 깊이 Rz를 갖는 구리주성분의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 평균 거칠기 깊이는 12 내지 30마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 코오팅은 0.01 내지 1.0g/㎡의 건중량으로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 코오팅은 0.03 내지 0.2g/㎡의 건 중량으로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 코오팅은 양 공작물의 전체 표면에 균일하게 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법.
- 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 코오팅은 크롬을 최소한 5중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용접봉의 유효 수명은 최소한 2000용접점인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 공작물의 저항 용접법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
