Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the aluminum alloy sheet for a cap excellent in formability and coating property by forming the recessed or projecting part in a limited diameter and depth at limited mean center intervals on the surface of an aluminum alloy plate. CONSTITUTION:The diameter of a recessed or projecting part arranged on the surface is taken in 0.5-150mum. If the diameter is less than 0.5mum, the stagnant effect of a lubrication oil is eliminated and it does not contribute to the improvement of a drawing formability. In case of the diameter exceeding 150mum the adhesion of a coating agent is impeded and the corrosion resistance is spoiled. The depth of the recess of the height of the projecting part is taken in 0.1-20mum. If the depth or height be lese than 0.1mum the holding effect of a lubrication oil is eliminated and it does not contribute to the improvement in a drawing formability. In case of exceeding 20mum the coating film adhesion is hampered. the mean center gap of the mutual recess or projection parts is taken in 2-1000mum. In the case of the center gap being less than 2mum the recess or projecting part each other is superposed or the tip of the projecting part at the intermediate part between the recesses becomes at acute angle, is ruptured at the forming time and a forming part is damaged. In case of exceeding 1000mum the lubricating effect is reduced and the coating film adhesion is lowered as well.
