제 3도 및 제 4도는 압축반력과 요동사판에 작용하는 부위 모멘트의 설명도로서, 제 3도는 요동사판의 경사각이 최대시, 제 4도는 경사각이 최소의 상태를 도시하는 도면.

Claims (2)

  1. 구동축을 중심으로 하여 복수개의 실린더 구멍을 설치하고, 각 구멍에는 압축실을 갖고 피스톤을 진퇴가능하게 끼우고, 이 구멍의 압축실측의 일단은 흡입실과 토출실에 대해 피톤의 진퇴를 거쳐서 선택적으로 연통시킬 수 있도록 설치함과 동시에 타단은 크랭크실과 연통시켜 설치하고, 이 크랭크실에는 그 경사각을 가변으로 한 회전구동판을 구동축을 둘러싸도록 배치하고, 또 회전구동판에는 요동사판을 그 회전이 규제된 상태에서 요동할 수 있도록 부착하고, 이 요동사판과 상기 각 피스톤 사이를 원추봉을 연결시키는 한편, 토출실과 크랭크실과를 연결하는 개폐가능한 공급통로 및 크랭크실과 흡입실과를 연결하는 연통로를 설치하여 크랭크실 압력을 항상 설정치에 보지하도록 구성한 요동사판형 압축기에 있어서, 압축반력이 요동사판의 경사각에 따라 이 경사각을 작게 해주는 방향으로 작용하는 힘과 저항하고, 이것을 상쇄하는 특성을 갖는 스프링을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 요동사판형 압축기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링은 요동사판의 경사각이 최대일때의 부세력이 0인 것을 특징으로 하는 요동사판형 압축기.
