제3도는 종래규소(Si)를 비교적 많이 함유한 2층구조의 베어링재료 일부와 베어링장치의 회전축을 확대한 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 3-35중량% Sn, 0.5-10중량%, Si, 0.1-10중량% Pb과, 0.01-0.3중량% Sr 또는 0.01-0.3중량% Sb중 적어도 1가지를 함유하고, 그 나머지가 알루미늄으로 조성되는 한편, 상기 알루미늄을 실질적으로 구성하는 알루미늄매트릭스중에는 상기 규소의 적어도 일부가 규소석출물로써 분산 석출되며 구상이나 타원형 또는 선단부가 둥근형상으로 분산 석출되며, 주석과 납은 Sn-Pb합금석출물로써 상기 규소석출물에 인접하여 석출되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 베어링합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구리, 마그네슘, 아연, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 구리, 몰리브덴, 티타늄, 바나듐및 지르콘늄 중 적어도 1가지를 0.1-4중량%로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 베어링합금.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 구리, 마그네슘 및 아연중 적어도 1가지를 0.3-3중량%로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 베어링 합금.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 구리, 마그네슘 및 아연중 적어도 1가지를 0.3-3중량%로 함유함과 동시에 크롬, 망간, 아연, 니켈, 코발트, 몰리브덴, 티타늄, 바나듐 및 지르콘늄 중 적어도 1가지를 0.01-1.0중량%로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 베어링합금.
  5. 회전축과 접하는 부위에 3-35중량%의 Sn, 0.5-10중량%의 Si, 0.1-10중량%의 Pb과, 0.01-0.3중량%의 Sr 또는 0.01-0.3중량%의 Sb중 적어도 1가지를 함유하고 그 나머지는 알루미늄으로 조성되는 한편, 상기 알루미늄을 실질적으로 구성하는 알루미늄매트릭스중에는 상기 규소의 적어도 일부가 구상이나 타원형 또는 선단부가 둥근형상의 규소석출물로 분산석출됨과 더불어 주석과 납은 Sn-Pb합금 석출물로써 상기 규소석출물에 인접하여 석출된 알루미늄베어링층을 형성하고, 이 알루미늄베어링합금층의 외측면에는 강판이나 스테인레스강판으로 이루어진 이금층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는알루미늄계 베어링.
