Claims (5)

  1. 안내 장치내에서 이동가능하며, 밀폐부에 둘러싸인 전무방으로 이동하는 최소한 하나의 슬라드 로드, 각각의 슬라이드 로드에 연합된 작업 피스톤을 구성하는 구동체, 밸브 케이싱으로부터 밖으로 향해진 슬라이드 로드의 한단부와 각기 협력하는 작업 피스톤, 밸브 케이싱으로부터 멀리 떨어져 있는 구동 실린더, 피스톤의 후방으로의 이동중에 부착된 점성 물질이 제거되어 케이싱으로부터 전방으로 이동하는 슬라이브 로드의 단부로 구성된 점성물질용 스푸울 밸브에 있어서, 안내장치(5)는 밸브 케이싱의 내측에 배치되고 밀폐부(9)는밀폐부로 부터 분리되어 밸브 케이싱의 외측에 배치된 것을 특징으로하며, 작업 피스톤(20)과 슬라이드로드 사이의 활동 연결부에서 서로 느슨하게 지탱된 부분들(25,26)은 밀폐부(9)를 결합하고 분해하기 위해 사용되는 틈새(30)을 제공하여 슬라이드 로드의 단부(3)를 세척하는 것은 밀폐부(9)를 벗기는 작용에 의해 달성되는 것을 특징으로한 점성 물질 펌프용 스푸울 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제공된 밀폐부(9)는 플랜지(11)의 시트(seat)에 고정될 수 있는 밀폐링 인것을 특징으로한 스푸울 밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 제공된 안내 장치가 분리 가능한 케이싱 플레이트(casing plate)에 의해 지탱된 안내 부쉬(bush)인 것을 특징으로 한 스푸울 밸브.
  4. 제1항에서 3항까지중 어느 하나에 있어서, 작업 실린더(22)및 케이싱(4)을 위한 공간은 구멍이 하방으로 지향된 갓(14), 상기 갓의 내측에 배치된 활동 연결부(25,26), 작업 피스톤(20) 및 슬라이드 로드의 단부(3)에 의해 일체화된 것을 특징으로한 스푸울 밸브.
  5. 제1항에서 3항까지중 어느 하나에 있어서, 공간 및 밸브 케이싱(4)와 작업 실린더(22)의 연결은 타이로드(tie rod)에 의해 일체화된 것을 특징으로한 스푸울 밸브.
