Claims (3)
- 축방향 구멍을 갖는 하우징에 미꾸럼 가능하게 결합된 구동피스톤과, 구동피스톤의 일단과 하우징의 내측으로 한정되는 동력실과 구동피스톤의 축방향 구멍내로 미끄럼 가능하게 결합된 선단부를 갖는 입력축과, 구동피스톤에 배치되며, 입력축에 가해진 입력에 따른 유압을 동력실로 도입하여 입력축을 전진시키는데 응답하여 구동피스톤을 전진시키는 제어밸브와, 구동피스톤의 축방향 구멍에서 입력축의 선단부에 인접하여 배치되고, 입력축을 전진시키고 예정위치에서 후퇴를 방지함과 동시에 구동피스톤의 선단부가 구동피스톤의 축방향 구멍에서 탈락되는 것을 방지하며, 구동피스톤에 대하여 구동피스톤의 이동방향으로 미끄럼 가능하게 배치되는 탈락방지부재와 그리고, 입력축 주위에 배치되어 구동피스톤의 축방향 구멍내로 연장되고, 전단부는 서보기구의 비작동시에 탈락방지부재에 인접한 정지부재로서 작용하여 탈락방지부재와의 접촉시에 탈락방지부재와 입력축이 구동피스톤에 대하여 전진위치에서 유지되어 초기작동단계에서 구동피스톤의 행정손실을 감소시키는 플러그부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 서보기구의 행정손실 감소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구동피스톤의 축방향 구멍은 탈락방지부재에 결합가능한 한상홈으로 형성되고, 탈락방지부재는 환상홈에 대하여 미끄럼 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 서보기구의 행정손실 감소장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입력축의 선단부는 그 후면이 탈락방지부재의 전측면에 인접가능한 큰 직경부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 서보기구의 행정손실 감소장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
