Claims (10)
- 일반식 HNR1R2의 아민과 하기 일반식 (II)의 할로겐화 히드라조닐을 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 하기 일반식 (I)의 히드라지노 디페닐 에테르의 제조 방법.상기식에서, n은 0,1,2 또는 3이고; 각각의 A기는 n이 1보다 클때 같거나 다를 수 있고, 독립적으로 할로겐원자 또는 시아노, 니트로, 알킬 또는 할로알킬기이고; X는 수소원자이거나 n이 0일때 대체적으로 할로겐원자이고; Y는 할로겐원자 또는 시아노 또는 니트로기이고; R1은 수소원자, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐기, 시아노 또는 알콕시기 또는 할로겐원자로 치환된 알킬기 또는 임의로 치환된 아릴기이고; R2는 수소원자, 알킬, 알콕시, 시클로알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐기, 아실, 알콕시카르보닐, 아실아미노, 알킬아미노, 알콕시 또는 시아노기 또느 할로겐원자로 치환된 알킬기, 임의로 치환된 아릴 또는 헤테르시클릭기 또는 알킬, 아릴, 알카노일, 아로일 또는 알콕시카르보닐기로 임의 치환된 아미노기 이거나 R1및 R2가 중간의 질소원자와 함께 결합하여 아지도기 또는 헤테로시클릭 고리이고; Z는 수소원자 또는 시아노, 알킬, 알킬아미노, 카르복시, 알콕시카르보닐, 또는 아실기이거나 Z,R1및R2가 중간의 탄소 및 질소원자와 함께 헤테로시클릭 고리이고; R3는 수소원자 또는 알킬기이다.상기식에서, Hal은 할로겐원자이고 다른 치환체는 상기 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Hal이 염소원자이고 반응이 환류하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Z가 알킬 또는 수소가 아닌 일반식 (II)의 출발 할로겐화 히드라조닐이 하기 일반식 (III)의 아닐린 유도체를 디아조화하고 하기 일반식 (IV)의 할로아실 화합물과 커플링함으로 제조되는 방법.상기식에서, n,A,X 및 Y는 제1항에 정의한 것과 같다.상기식에서, Hal은 할로겐 원자이고 R은 알킬기이고 R3는 제1항에 정의한 것과 같다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 할로아실 화합물이 Z-CR3Cl-COCH3의 식을 갖는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 일반식(IV)의 Z가 알콕시카르보닐이고, 일반식(II)의 결과 형성된 할로겐화 히드라조닐을 초과량의 아민과 반응시켜 Z가 알킬카르 브암모일기인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 얻는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 일반식(IV)의 Z가 설포닐기이고 Z가 설포닐인 일반식(II)의 결과 형성된 할로겐화 히드라조닐을 초과량의 아민과 반응시켜 Z가 알킬아미노기인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 얻는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 디아조화가 0°-10℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R가 알킬 또는 수소인 일반식(II)의 출발 할로겐화 히드라조닐이 일반식 R3NH-NH2의 히드라진과 하기 일반식(V)의 니트로 화합물을 반응시키고 결과 형성된 페닐 히드라진을 일반식 ZCOOH 또는 ZCOHal (이식에서, Z는 수소 또는 알킬이고, Hal은 할로겐 원자이다)의 할로겐화 알실, 산 또는 그 무수물과 반응시켜 아실화하고 이어서 오염화인과 반응시킴으로 제조되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 니트로 및 히드라진 화합물의 반응, 및 계속적인 아실화가 각각 불활성 용매내에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 아실화가 할로겐화 수소 받개의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
