Claims (3)

  1. 핸들(4)의 일단에 배치한 제1브레이크레버(L1)의 브레이크조작에 연동하도록 전륜(Wf)에 전륜브레이크(Bf)를 배설하였으며, 핸들(4)의 타단에 배치한 제2브레이크레버(L2)의 브레이크조작에 연동하도록 후륜(Wr)에 후륜브레이크(Br)를 배설한 차량용 브레이크장치에 있어서, 차체프레임(F)에 고정된 케이싱(33)내에, 기단부를 이 케이싱에서 요동이 자유롭도록 지지한 요동판(43)을 수납하고 일단을 제1 및 제2브레이크레버(L1), (L2)에 각기 따로따로 연결한 한쌍의 제1전동로우프(7), (8)의 타단이 요동판(43)에 각기 걸리고, 일단을 전륜브레이크(Bf)에 연결한 전륜용 제2전동로우프(20)의 타단이 한 쌍의 제1전동로우프(7), (8)와는 반대방향에서 요동판(43)의 기단부 가까이에 걸렸으며 일단을 후륜브레이크(Br)에 연결한 후륜용 제2전동로우프(31)의 타단이 전륜용 제2전동로우프(20)와 같은 방향에서 요동판(43)의 선단부 가까이에 걸려서 된 차량용 브레이크 장치.
  2. 제1항의 한쌍의 제1전동로우프(7), (8)을 타단과 요동판(43)과의 사이에는 탄성부재가 각기 개재 장착되어서 된 차량용 브레이크장치.
  3. 제2항의 탄성부재는 코일스프링인 차량용 브레이크장치.
