Abstract

본 발명은 강사용 페달을 후측으로 이동시킴으로써, 이의 여유공간에 에어컨을 장착할 수 있도록 하기 위하여; 차량의 운전석과 조수석 사이에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 제1축 및 이의 외주연에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제1중공축과; 상기 제1축 및 제1중공축의 운전석 측단에 다수의 링크로 연결이 이루어지며, 상단 힌지부가 상기 제1축과 제1중공축의 상측에 힌지 고정되는 교습자용 클러치 및 브레이크 페달과; 조수석측에서 상기 제1중공축과 제1축의 상측으로 배치되어 다수의 링크로서 연결되는 제2축 및 제2중공축과; 상기 제2중공축과 제2축에 상단부가 힌지 고정되는 강사용 클러치 및 브레이크 페달을 포함하여 이루어지는 도로 연수차량용 클러치 및 브레이크 페달 장치를 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 차량의 운전석과 조수석 사이에 회전 가능하게 지지되는 제1축 및 이의 외주연에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제1중공축과; 상기 제1축 및 제1중공축의 운전석 측단에 다수의 링크로 연결이 이루어지며, 상단 힌지부가 상기 제1축과 제1중공축의 상측에 힌지 고종되는 교습자용 클러치 및 브레이크 페달과; 조수석측에서 상기 제1중공축과 제1축의 상측으로 배치되어 다수의 링키로서 연결되는 제2축 및 제2중공축과; 상기 제2중공축과 제2축에 상단부가 힌지 고정되는 강사용 클러치 및 브레이크 페달을 포함하여 이루어지는 도로 연수차량용 클러치 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1축 및 중공축과 클러치 및 브레이크 페달을 연결하는 다수의 링크는 각각 제1, 2, 3링크로 연결하되, 제1링크는 하단부가 제1축과 중공축에 고착되고, 제3링크의 상단부가 레버에 고착된 상태에서 제1링크의 상단과 제3링크는 하단에 제2링크가 제1링크(22) (28)와 제3링크(26)(32)의 점선 방향으로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 도로 연수차량용 클러치 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1중공축과 제1축을 조수석측의 제2축와 제2중공축을 연결하여 주는 링크는 각각 제4, 5, 6링크로 연결하되, 제1중공축(2)과 제1축(4)에 연결되는 제4링크(38)(44)는 그의 선단이 후측을 향하게 하고, 제2축(34)과 제2중공축(36)과 연결되는 제6링크(42)(48)의 선단은 전측으로 향하도록 하여 제5링크(40)(46)가 제4(38)(44)와 제6링크(42)(48)의 점선 방향으로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 도로 연수차량용 클러치 및 브레이크 페달 장치.
