제2도는 마운팅헤드에 대하여 캡과 채널이 다른 위치에 있는 것을 나타내는 제1도와 같은 단면도.
제3도는 마운팅헤드에 대하여 채널이 또 다른 위치에 있는 것을 나타내는 제1도와 같은 단면도.
제4도는 와이퍼아암의 주요부가 제l도에서와 동일한 위치에 있는 것을 나타내는 부분 사시도.
제5도는 와이퍼아암의 주요부가 제2도에서와 동일한 위치에 있는 것을 나타내는 부분 사시도.

Claims (12)

  1. 캡(3)을 구비한 마운팅헤드(1)와 마운팅헤드(1)에 회전할 수 있도록 결합된 채널(4)로 이루어진, 특히 자동차용 와이퍼아암에 있어서, 마운팅헤드(1)의 캡(3)은 마운팅헤드(1)와 채널(4) 사이의 연결부(C-D)를 넘어 와이퍼아암의 종축에 대하여 대략 평행으로 뻗어 있는 2개의 신장물(3a),(3b)을 갖추고 있으며, 캡(3)의 상기 신장물(3a),(3b)은 마운팅헤드(1)에 대하여 최소한 2개 이상의 상이한 위치에서 채널(4)을 로크하는 수단(14a),(15a) 및 (14b),(15b)을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 채널(4)에는 캡(3)의 신장물(3a),(3b) 위에 형성된 로크수단(14a),(15a) 및 (14b),(15b)과 끼워 맞추어지는 로크수단(16a),(16b)을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 캡(3)의 신장물(3a),(3b) 위에 형성된 로크수단은 채널(4)의 제1로크위치에 대한 소정의 치수를 가진 2개의 홈(15a),(15b)과 채널(4)의 제2의 로크위치에 대한 소정의 보다 큰 치수를 가진 2개의 다른 홈(14a),(14b)으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 채널(4)의 로크수단은 캡(3)의 신장물(3a),(3b)의 4개의 홈(l4a),(15a) 및 (14b),(15b)과 끼워 맞추어지는 2개의 돌출물(l6a),(16b)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아함.
  5. 제4항에있어서, 캡(3)의 신장물(3a),(3b)의 홈(14a),(15a) 및 (14b),( 15b)과 채널(4)의 돌출물(16a),(16b)은 삼각형으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 마운팅헤드(1)의 캡(3)은 와이퍼아암의 종축에 대하여 대략 평행방향으로 미끄러져 움직일 수 있으며, 이를 위해 마운텅헤드(1)에는 캡(3)의 2개의 신장물(3a),(3b)이 통과하는 2개의 개구(20a),(20b)가 갖추어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 마운팅헤드(1)와 채널(4) 사이의 연결부는 마운텅헤드(1)의 반원통형홈(18)으로 이루어져 있으며, 반원통형 홈(18)은 채널(4)에 설치된 상응하는 반원통형 블록면(19)과 끼워 맞추어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 채널(4)의 반원통형 블록면(l9)에는 캡(3)의 2개의 신장물(3a),(3b)이 통과하는 2개의 슬롯(4´)(4˝)이 갖추어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 마운팅헤드(l)는 마운팅헤드(1)와 채널(4) 사이의 상기 연결부(C-D)를 넘어서, 와이퍼아암의 종축에 대하여 대략 평행으로 뻗어 있는 2개의 신장물(la),(1b)로 이루어져 있으며, 마운팅헤드(1)의 상기 신장물(la),(lb)은 각각 채널(4)의 상기 반원통형 블록면(19)을 수납할 수 있는 반원통형 홈(13)을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 마운팅헤드(1)는 기판(2),(2´)으로 이루어져 있으며, 채널(4)은 자유단에 와이퍼 블레이드를 연결하기 위한 연결수단을 갖추고 있는 신장봉(5)으로 이루어져 있으며, 마운팅헤드(1)의 기판(2),(2´)은 나선형 스프링(6)에 의하여 채널(4)의 신장봉(5)과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 마운팅헤드(1)와 그의 기판(2),(2´)은 이음매 없이 일체로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 마운팅헤드(1), 캡(3) 및 채널(4)은 적합한 플라스틱재로 만들어지며, 마운팅헤드(1)의 기판(2),(2´), 나선형 스프링(6) 및 채널(4)의 신장봉(5)은 강재로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼아암.
