방풍유리 창틀 모울딩
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1도는 자동차의 방풍 유리 및 선루프(sunroof)주위의 둘레로 고정된 본 발명의 창틀 모울딩을 나타낸 사시도.
제 2도는 본 발명의 창틀 모울딩의 바람직한 실시예를 나타낸, 제1도의 선2-2를 따라서 취한 단면도.
제 3도는 제2도의 원(3)내에 있는 본 발명의 창틀 모울딩의 확대 단면도,
제 4도는 방풍 유리 둘레로 고정된 본 발명의 창틀 모울딩에 다른 실시예의 단면도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 유리 패널등의 가장자리에 사용하며 탄력있고 기다란 클램프 고정 모울딩으로서 유리 패널등의 가장자리 부분의 양면에 클램핑 힘을 작용하는 내향 고정다리들을 가지며, 상기 다리들이 웨브(web)에 의해 분리되어 있는 대략 U자형의 고정부분 및 우산형 부분 및 안정꼬리 부분을 가지는 크라운으로서, 상기 모울딩의 사용시에 상기 우산형 부분은 상기 다리들과 대체로 평행하고 상기 꼬리 부분은 상기 U자형 부분과 고정되는 관계를 가지도록 상기 크라운 우산부분이 상기 U자형 고정부분에 연결된 크라운으로 구성된 상기 모울딩.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 크라운 우산부분이 상기 U자형 고정부분의 말단부에 연결되는 상기 모울딩.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 크라운 우산부분이 상기 연결되는 다리에 인접하여 그 다리위에 있는 상기 모울딩.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 다리들중 상기 크라운 우산부분에 연결되는 상기 한 다리와 상기 우산 부분의 합친 두께가 상기 다리들중의 다른 다리의 두께와 대체로 같은 상기 모울딩.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 크라운 우산부분이 상기 다리들중 한 다리와 상기 U자형 부분의 상기 웨브와의 사이의 연결부에서 연결된 상기 모울딩.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 꼬리 부분이 상기 웨브와 대체로 평행하고 상기 웨브에 인접해 있는 상기 모울딩.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 부분과 크라운이 연질재료 및 경질 재료로 부터 동시압출되는 상기 모울딩.
  8. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 연질재료 및 경질재료들이 각각 쇼어 A경도 97듀로미터 및 85 듀로미터의 경도를 갖는 상기 모울딩.
  9. 자동차 몸체와 조합되었을 때 몸체 패널과 유리 패널사이의 공간을 밀폐하는 모울딩으로서 유리 패널등의 경사진 가장자리 부분의 양면에 클램핑 힘을 작용하는 내향 고정다리들을 가지는 대체로 U자형의 고정부분으로서, 상기 경사 부분 위에 다리가 상기 유리패널 등과 대체로 같은 높이가 되는 대체로 U자형의 고정 부분 및 우산형 부분 및 안정 꼬리 부분을 가지는 크라운으로서, 상기 모울딩의 사용시에 상기 꼬리 부분이 상기 U자형 부분과 고정되는 관계를 가지도록 상기 U자형 고정부분에 연결되는 크라운으로 구성된 상기 모울딩.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 크라운이 상기 U자형 고정부분의 상기 다리의 말단부에 연결되는 상기 모울딩.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 크라운 우산 부분이 상기 다리들 중의 한 다리와 상기 U자형 부분의 상기 웨브와의 연결부에서 연결된 상기 모울딩.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 꼬리 부분이 상기 웨브와 대체로 평행하며 상기 웨브에 인접해 있는 상기 모울딩.
