1 : 혼합실 또는 혼합실 벽 2,3 : 베인골재(vane aggregate)
4,5 : 축(shaft) 6,7 : 채널(channel)
8 : 공급도관 11,12 : 채널벽

Claims (6)

  1. 입자들이 혼합실 벽내측을 따라 하향하는 입자 유동을 갖고 순환하도록 된 혼합기에 있어서, 냉각 또는 건조제등은 하향하는 입자 유동 및 혼합실 벽간의 공유지역으로 상방에서 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 입상물 건조 또는 냉각을 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 입상물의 혼합물에서 생겨나는 기체를 흡입에 의해 제거하기 위해 진공이 순환유동에 있어서의 떠오르는 입자 유동의 상방지역에서 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 혼합작용 중에 입상물의 냉각, 건조등을 하기 위해 혼합실 내에서 반대방향으로 외향회전하는 두 개의 수평한 베인 골재로 구성되는 혼합기에 있어서, 하향으로 피드되는 베인골재(2,3)의 베인에 마주하여 신장되는 혼합실벽(1)내측을 따라 냉각 또는 건조제등을 하향으로 공급하기 위한 수단(6,7,8)을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베인골재(2,3)상방 및 사이 지역에 위치하는 방출수단(13)을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 매체용 공급도관(8)과 연결되고 아울러 혼합실벽(1)의 상기 내측을 따라 신장하고 그리고 하향으로 개방되는 채널(6 : 7)을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 채널(6 : 7)은 상기 혼합실 벽내측으로 상기 매체를 안내하기 위해 채널단면도상에서 경사지는 채널벽(11 : 12)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
