첨부도면은 실시예 1-3 및 비교예 1-4에서 조정한 에폭시 수지 조성물의 60℃에 있어서 점도의 경시 변화를 표시한 선도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 에폭시수지로서 에폭시당량이 200이하의 환에폭사이드형 에폭시수지와 분자량이 약 30,000의 페녹시수지와의 혼합물(A), 경화제로서 다염기성 카르본산 무수물과 방향족 에스텔및 충전재로서 무기질 분말 등으로된 에폭시수지 조성물.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서,
    혼합물(A)는 환에폭사이드형 에폭시수지가 3,4-에폭시시클로 헥실메틸-(3,4 에폭시)시클로 헥산 카르복시레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지조성물.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서,
    혼합물(A)은 환에폭사이드형 에폭시수지에 대하여 폐녹시수지를 10-50wt% 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지 조성물.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서,
    방향족 에스텔이 식(I)에서 표현되는 디에스텔
    인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지 조성물.
  5. 청구범위 제4항에 있어서,
    일반식 R1, R2는, C6-C8의 탄소원자를 가진 포화 혹은 불포화 환상 탄화수소기를 나타내는 에폭시수지 조성물.
  6. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서,
    경화제로서 제4항 기재의 방향족 에스텔을 다염기성 카르본산 무수물 1몰에 대하여 0.05-0.3몰의 비율로 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지조성물.
