Claims (4)

  1. 에폭시당량이 200 이하의 에폭시수지,
    경화제로써 다염기성 카르본산무수물과 방향족 에스텔 및 충전재로써 무기질분말 등으로 된 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서,
    방향족 에스텔이 식(Ⅰ)에서 표현된 모노에스텔
    과 식(Ⅱ)에서 표현된 디 에스텔
    등으로된 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  3. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서,
    식 (Ⅰ)에서 표현된 모노에스텔이 0.5-0.95몰,
    식 (Ⅱ)에서 표현된 디에스텔이 0.05-0.5몰인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
  4. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서,
    일반식 R1,R2,R3는 C6-C8의 탄소원자를 가진 포화 혹은 불포화환상탄화수소기인 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지 조성물.
