Claims (1)
- (a)하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 1-아세틸페닐-3-아미드를 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸아세탈과 환류하에 반응시켜N-〔3-〔3-(디메틸아미노)-1-옥소-2-프로페닐〕페닐〕알칸아미드를 생성하고, (b)N-〔3-〔3-(디메틸아미노)-1-옥소-2-프로페닐〕페닐〕알칸아미드를 수소화나트륨과 반응시켜 음이온을 생성하고, (c)발생된 음이온을 구조식 R5-X (여기서 X는 Br 또는 I임)의 알킬할라이드와 반응시켜 하기 구조식(Ⅲ) 의N-〔3-〔3-(디메틸아미노)-1-옥소-2-프로페닐〕페닐〕-N-알킬알칸아미드를 생성하고, (d)N-〔3-〔3-(디메틸아미노)-1-옥소-2-프로페닐〕페닐〕-N-알킬알칸아미드를 하기 구조식(Ⅳ)의 3-아미노피라졸과 빙초산중에서 환류하에 반응시켜 바라는 생성물을 얻는 단계들로 구성된 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.상기식들에서 R1은 수소, 할로겐, 시아노 및로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며; R2는 수소 및 알킬(C1-C3)로 구성된 군으로 부터선택 되며; R3는이며; R4는 수소, 알킬(C1-C6) 및 알콕시(C1-C6)로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며; R5는 수소, 알킬(C1-C6), 알케닐(C2-C6), -CH2C≡CH, 사이클로알킬(C3-C6)메틸, -CH2OCH3및 -CH2CH2OCH3로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며; R6는 알킬(C1-C6), 사이클로알킬(C3-C6), -O-알킬(C1-C6), -NH-알킬(C|1-C3), -N-디알킬(C1-C3),-(CH2)n-O-알킬NH-알킬(C1-C3), -(CH2)n-(C1-C3) 및 -(CH2)n-N-디알킬(C1-C3)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, n은 1-3의 정수이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
