Claims (1)

  1. a) 하기식(II)의 화합물 또는 하기식(IIa)의 화합물을 하기식(III)의 화합물과 반응 시키거나 b) 하기식(IV)의 화합물을 하기식(III)의 화합물과 디메틸 설포늄 메틸리드 또는 디메틸 옥소설포늄 메틸리드 또는 그들의 전구체와 반응시킨뒤 존재하는 모든 아미노기를 대응되는 보호기로 보호한 뒤 반응완결 뒤 제거하여 유리형 또는 염형의 화합물을 회수하는 것으로 구성된 에난티오며 또는 라세미형인 하기식(I)의 아졸 유도체의 제조 방법.
    상기식에서, R1과 R2는 각각이 독자적으로 수소, 니트로, 할로겐 또는 저급 알케닐, 저급 알킬 티오, 저급 알킬 설피닐, 저급 알킬 설포닐, 저급 알킬 또는 저급알콕시로 각각은 할로겐에 의해 선택적으로 모노-또는 다중-치환 되었고, R3는 할로겐, 카르복시, 저급 알콕시카르보닐, 저급 알콕시, 저급 알킬 티오, 아미노, 저급 알카노일아미노, 저급 알콕시 카르보닐 아미노, 저급 알킬아미노 또는 저급 디알킬아미노에 의해 선택적으로 모노-또는 다중 치환된 저급 알키닐, 저급 알키닐 또는 저급 알케닐; 할로겐, 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시, 아미노, 저급 알카노일아미노, 저급 알콕시카르보닐아미노, 저급 알킬 아미노, 저급 디알킬 아미노, 1-피페라지닐 또는 4-저급 알카노일-1-피페라진으로 선택적으로 치환된 페닐; 그리고 R3내에 함유된 각각의 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐은 할로겐으로 모노-또는 다중-치환 되었다.
