Claims (9)
- 식물에게 허용되는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 하이드록시프로필아민 유도체 및 이의 산-부가 화합물 및 이의 금속염 착화합물상기식에서, R1은 각 경우에 임의 치환된 페닐, 페닐티오, 페닐알킬, 페녹시알킬 및 페닐티오알킬, 각 경우에 임의 치환된 사이클로헥실, 사이클로헥실옥시, 사이클로헥실티오, 사이클로헥실알킬, 사이클로헥실옥시알킬 및 사이클로헥실티오알킬, 및 할로겐, 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬티오, 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 또는 할로게노알킬티오에 의해 임의로 치환된 페녹시이고, R2는 수소 또는 메틸이며, R3는 메틸 또는 에틸이고, R4및 R5는, 각기 독립적으로, 알킬 또는 알케닐이거나, 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께, 경우에 따라 헤테로 원자를 추가로 함유할 수 있는, 임의로 치환되고 포화된 헤테로 사이클릭 환이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1은 각 경우에 페닐 부위가 할로겐, 각 경우에 탄소수 5이하의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 알콕시 또는 알킬티오, 각 경우에 1 또는 2개의 탄소원자 및 1 내지 5개의 동일하거나 상이한 할로겐원자를 함유하는 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 또는 할로게노알킬티오에 의해 동일하거나 상이한 치환체로써 입의로 일치환 또는 다치환되고, 경우에 따라 알킬 부위에, 1 또는 2개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 페닐, 페녹시, 페닐티오, 페닐 알킬, 페녹시알킬 및 페닐티오알킬 및, 각 격우에 사이클로헥실 부위가 탄소수 5 이하의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 및 알콕시, 트로플루오로메틸 또는 트리 플룽로메톡시에 의해 동일하거나 상이한 치환체로써 임의로 일치환 또는 다치환되고, 경우에 따라 알킬 부위에 1 또는 2개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 사이클로헥실, 사이클로헥실옥시, 사이클로헥실티오, 사이클로헥실알킬, 사이클로헥실옥시알킬 및 사이클로헥실티오알킬이고, R2는 수소 또는 메틸이며, R3는 메틸 또는 에틸이고,R4및 R5는, 각기 독립적으로, 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄 또느 측쇄 알킬 또는 탄소수 3 내지 6의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알케닐이거나, 이들의 결합된 질소원자와 함께 메틸, 에틸 및 하이드록시 메틸에 의해 동일하거나 상이한 치환체로써 임의로 일치환 또는 다치환되고, 1 또는 2개의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 5-내지 7-원 포화 헤테로 사이클릭 환인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 하이드록시 프로필아민 유도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1은 각 경우에 페닐 부위가 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, i-프로필, n-, i-, 2급 및 3급-부틸, n-펜틸, 2-메틸-2-부틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, n 및 i-프로폭시, 3급-부톡시, 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시 또는 트리플루오로메틸티오에 의해 동일하거나 상이한 치환체로서 임의로 일치환 내지 삼치환된 페닐 메틸, 페녹시메틸, 페닐티오 메틸, 페녹시 또는 페닐티오이며, 각 경우에 사이클로 헥시 부위가 메틸, 에틸, n-및 i-프로필, n-, i-, 2급-및 3급-부틸, n-펜틸, 2-메틸-2-부틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, n- 및 i-프로폭시, 3급-부톡시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 트리플루오로메톡시에 의해 동일하거나 상이한 치환체로써 임의로 일치환 내지 삼치환된 사이클로헥실메틸, 사이클로헥실옥시메틸, 사이클로헥실메틸, 사이클로헥실옥시 또는 사이클로헥실티오이고, R2는 수소 또는 메틸이며, R3는 메틸 또는 에틸이고, R4및 R5는, 각기 독립적으로, 메틸, 에틸, n-및 i-프로필, n-, i-, 2급- 및 3급-부틸, n-펜틸, 알릴, 2-부테닐 또는 3-메틸-2부테닐이거나, 이들이 부착된 질소원자와 함께, 각 경우에 메틸, 에틸 또는 하이드록시메틸에 의해 동일하거나 상이한 치환체로써 임의로 일치환 내지 삼치환된 1-피롤리디닐, 1-피레리디닐, 1-피페라지닐, 4-모르폴리닐 또는 1-헥사하이드로 아제피닐인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 하이드록시프로필아민 유도체.
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 에폭사이드를 경우에 따라 희석제 존재하 및 경우에 따라 촉매 존재하에, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아민과 반응시킨 후, 경우에 따라 산 또는 금속염을 첨가함을 특징으로 하여, 식물에게 허용되는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 하이드록시프로필아민 유도체, 및 이의 산-부가 화합물 및 금속염 착호합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1은 각 경우에 임의 치환된 페닐, 페닐티오, 페닐알킬, 페녹시알킬 및 페닐티오알킬, 각 경우에 임의 치환된 사이클로헥실, 사이클로헥실옥시, 사이클로헥실티오, 사이클로헥실알킬, 사이클로헥실옥시알킬 및 사이클로헥실티오알킬, 및 할로겐, 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬티오, 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 또는 할로게노알킬티오에 의해 임의로 치환된 페녹시이고, R2는 수소 또는 메틸이며, R3는 메틸 또는 에틸이고, R4및 R5는, 각기 독립적으로, 알킬 또는 알케닐이거나, 이들이 부착된 질소원자와 함께, 경우에 따라 헤테로원자를 추가로 함유할 수 있는, 임의로 치환되고 포화된 헤테로 사이클릭 환이다.
- 일반식(1b)의 하이드록시프로필아민 유도체를 경우에 따라 희석제 존재하 및 경우에 따라 촉매의 존재하에, 경우에 따라 가압하에서 수소화시킨 후 경우에 따라 산 또는 금속염을 첨가함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(1a)의 치환된 하이드록시 프로필아민 유도체 및 이의 산-부가화합물 및 금속염 착화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R2,R3,R4및 R5는 제4항에서 기술한 바와 같고, R1-1은 경우에 임의 치환된 사이클로헥실, 사이클로헥실옥시, 사이클로헥실알킬 또는 사이클로헥실 옥시알킬이며, R1-2는 각 경우에 임의 치환된 페닐, 페닐알킬 또는 페녹시알킬 ; 및 할로겐, 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬티오, 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 또는 할로게노알킬티오에 의해 임의로 치환된 페녹시이다.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 하이드록시 프로필아민 하나 이상을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 살진균제.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 하이드록시 프로필아민 유도체의 진규성 해충 박멸을 위한 용도.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 치환된 하이드록시 프로필아민 유도체의 진규성 해충, 및/또는 이의 서식처에 작용시킴을 특징으로 하는 진균성 해충 박멸 방법.
- 치환된 하이드록시프로필아민 유도체를 증량제 및/또는 표면-활성제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 살진균제의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
