제3도는 디스크가 구동허브 위에 있는 중간위치와 삽입 평면에서의 메카니즘을 도시하는 장치의 정면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 삽입평면에서 삽입통로를 따라 모서리 방향으로 삽입되는 디스크를 수취하는 하우징과, 작동 평면에서 디스크를 구동시키는 구동수단을 포함하는 슬로트형 레코드 디스크 장치용 자동 적재 및 배출 메카니즘에 있어서, 상기 디스크를 구동허브위의 중간위치로 이동시키고 그 다음 상기구동허브상에서 상기 디스크를 하강시키는 3각 장치를 보유하여 디스크의 중심에 대하여 외향으로 이동시키기 위하여 적재 3각 장치로부터 중간 3각 장치로 상기 원추형 부품을 이동시키고 협동하는 수단과 조합하여, 적재위치에서 원추형 부품의 상부위치에서 디스크의 모서리와 결합하고 상기 하우징에서 기계적으로 변위 가능한 3각 장치에 장착된 3개의 원추형 부품을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장착 및 인출 메카니즘.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원추형 부품은 상기 디스크가 상기 구동허브 위까지 낮아질때까지 디스크의 모서리와 접촉을 유지하여 작동 평면에서는 상기 구동 허브에 의해 상기 디스크가 회전되도록 상기 디스크와의 접촉이 해제되도록 변위가능한 3각 영역내에서 상기 원추형 부품을 이동시키기 위한 협동 레버와 구동수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장착 및 인출 메카니즘.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 한쌍의 원추형 부품이 슬로트 내에서 부분적으로 삽입된 위치에서 디스크를 양분하는 중심선에 대하여 대칭적으로 위치되고 제3원추형 부품이 상기 중심선 상의 중심에 위치하도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장착 및 인출 메카니즘.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 협동레버를 피보트 가능하게 장착시키는 수단을 포함하고, 상기 레버는 원 또는 호형태의 교차슬로트를 가지며, 교차점에서 상기 레버의 교차 슬로트를 통과하는 상기 원추형 부품의 하나를 장착시키는 핀을 포함하고, 이 핀은 선형 운동을 위해 장착되며, 상기 핀을 직선 운동을 시키고 상기 협동레버를 협동하는 운동을 발생시키는 모터 구동수단과, 상기 2개의 원추형 부품을 이송시키는 미끄럼 부재와, 상기 미끄럼 부재와 상기 2개의 원추형 부품을 이동시키기 위하여 상기 협동레버와 접속하여 상기 제1언급한 원추형 부품에서 상기 핀 장착 판의 전력 구동에 의한 운동에 따라 3개의 원추형 부품을 모서리 방향으로 이동시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장착 및 인출 메카니즘.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 3개의 원추형 부품의 변위를 안내하는 슬로트를 갖는 상면을 구비한 상기 메카니즘용 하우징을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장착 및 인출 메카니즘.
  6. 선행의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 상기 구동 허브에 대하여 더 낮거나 높게 적용되는 클램핑 자석과, 디스크의 운동과 협동하여 상기 클램핑 자석을 높이거나 낮추도록 상기 메카니즘에 의해 작동되는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장착 및 인출 메카니즘.
  7. 선행의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간위치에서 구동허브상의 위치로 디스크를 하강시키기 위하여 더 낮은 위치로 이동가능하며, 적재 위치에서 중간위치로의 이동에 따라 상기 구동허브상에서 디스크를 유지시키기 위하여 상기장치의 슬로트에 삽입될 때 디스크를 교차하는 위치로부터 피보트 운동하도록 장착된 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장착 및 인출 메카니즘.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 디스크의 운동과 협동하여 플랩을 이동시키는 전력 구동 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장착 및 인출 메카니즘.
