Claims (8)
- 나트륨 함유 유리 또는 세라믹 제품의 제조를 위한 것으로서, (a) 증기상으로 서로 반응하여 증착유리 또는 세라믹용 조성물을 형성할 수 있고 그중의 하나가 나트륨 플루오로알콕시드 화합물인 적어도 2가지의 증발성 성분의 증기를 함유하는 증기 반응 혼합물을 생성하는 단계와, (b) 상기 증기 혼합물에 화학증착반응을 개시하여 미립의 나트륨 함유 증착생성물을 얻고 그 증착 생성물을 수집하는 단계 및, (c)증착생성물을 가열하여 적어도 일부를 나트륨 함유 유리 또는 세라믹 생성물로 소결하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 나트륨 함유 유리 또는 세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증발성 성분의 혼합물이 증기상으로 서로 반응하여 투화성 조성물로 생성하고, 나트륨 함유 증착 생성물을 가열하여 비다공성 나트륨 함유유리로 소결함을 특징으로 하는 나트륨 함유 유리 또는 세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 Na2O와 SiO2를 구성하는 나트륨-도우핑 융합 실리카 유리임을 특징으로 하는 나트륨 함유 유리 또는 세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 Na2O와 AI2O3및 SiO2를 구성하는 나트륨 알루미노실리케이트 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 나트륨 함유 유리 또는 세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 나트륨 플루오로알콕시드 화합물이 250℃ 이하의 어느 온도에서 크게 분해되지 않고 증발될 수 있는 휘발성임을 특징으로 하는 나트륨 함유 유리 또는 세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 나트륨 플루오로알콕시드 화합물의 분자식이 Na-O-R 임을 특징으로 하는 나트륨 함유 유리 또는 세라믹 제품의 제조방법. O:산소, R:3∼5 탄소원자의 플루오로카아본 또는 플루오로히드로카아본기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 나트륨 플루오로알콕시드 화합물이 나트륨 헥사플루오로이소프로폭시드와 나트륨 퍼플루오로-t-부톡시드로 구성된 군에서 선정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나트륨 함유유리 또는 세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 유리의 성분에 대한 증발원 화합물이 증발 및 서로 반응하여 고형의 미립 증착생성물을 생성하고, 이를 수집하여 유리로 소결하는 증착법에 의한 유리 제조에 있어서, 유리가 나트륨 함유 유리이며, 증발원 화합물에 증발성 나트륨 플루오로알콕시 화합물이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 증착법에 의한 유리 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
