Claims (7)

  1. 주로 물 10중량부 이상으로 이루어진 수성 상과 주로 수-불용성 오일 100중량부로 이루어진 오일상(언급된 수성상 및 또는 언급된 오일상은 합계로 13내지 15의 HLB값을 갖는 비이온 제 1 계면활성제 3밀리몰 이상 언급된 비이온 제1계면활성제 밀리몰당 1 내지 5 밀리몰의 7 내지 9의 HLB값을 갖는 비이온 제2계면활성제 및 16 이상의 HLB값을 갖는 비이온 제3계면활성제 0.05밀리몰 이상을 추가로 함유한다)을 수-중-유 에멀션이 형성될 때까지 혼합함을 특징으로 하여 수-중-유 에멀션을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 수-불용성 오일 25℃에서 30Pa.s 이상의 점도를 갖는 폴리디메틸실록산 유체로 이루어지는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 폴리디메틸실록산 유체가 필수적으로 25℃에서 10KPa.s 이상의 점도를 갖는 비휘발성 폴리디메틸실록산 부분 10내지 50 중량% 폴리디에틸실록산 유체의 중량을 기준하여) 및 분자당 실리콘 원자 4 및 5을 갖는 시클로폴리디메틸실록산 중에서 선택된 휘발성 폴리디메틸실록산 부분 50 내지 90 중량 % 폴리디메틸실록산 유체의 중량을 기준하여)로 이루어지는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서 오일상이 모든 비이온 제1계면활성제 및 모든 비이온 제2계면활성제를 함유하고 수성상이 모든 비이온 제3계면활성제를 함유하는 방법.
  5. 필수적으로 수-불용성 오일 100중량부, 16 이사의 HLB값을 갖는 비이온 제3계면활성제 0.05 밀리몰이상 13내지 15의 HLB값을 갖는 비이온 제1계면활성제 3밀리몰 이상 언급된 비이온 제1계면활성제 밀리몰당 1 내지 5밀리몰의, 7내지 9의 HLB값을 갖는 비이온 제2계면활성제 및 몰 10중량부 이상으로 이루어진 수-중-유 에멀션 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 수-불용성 오일 오일이 25℃에서 30Pa.s 이상의 점도를 값는 폴리디메틸실록산 유체로 이루어지는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리디메틸실록산 유체가 필수적으로 25℃에서 10KPa.s이상의 점도를 갖는 비휘발성 폴리디메틸실록산 부분 10내지 50 중량%(폴리디메틸실록산 유체의 중량을 기준하여) 및 분자당 실리콘 원자 4 및 5을 갖는 시클로폴리디메틸실록산 중에서 선택된 휘발성 폴리디메틸실록산 부분 50내지 90 중량%(폴리디메틸실록산 유체의 중량을 기준하여)로 이루어지는 조성물.
