Claims (10)
- 세정유효 비율의 비이온세제;세제보충 및 형광 광택제 직접성 증진비율의 음이온 설페이트(설포네이트)화 합성유기세제;형광 광택유효 비율의 형광광택제;오염유리 촉진 비율의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리옥시 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 된 오염유리 촉진 중합체;이런 액체 세제조성물의 수성세탁액으로 세탁되는 동안 직물상에 있는 단백질 및/또는 전분질 오염을 효소적으로 가수분해 하기에 충분한 비율의 효소;효소(들)를 안정화시키고 완충시키는 비율의 안정화제 및 수성매체로 구성되며(저장시) pH가 6.2-7.0으로 유지되고, 점도가 50-150센티포아스로 유지되며, 그중 트리에탄올아민이 존재하지 않으며 수용성이온화 가능염물질이 총 10%이하 존재하는 안정한 오염유리 촉진 효소 액체세제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비이온세제의 비율 10-22% 이범위내이며;음이온 설페이트(설포네이트)화 세제가 직쇄 고급알킬벤젠 설포네이트, 고급지방알콜 폴리에톡실레이트 설페이트 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며, 그의 총 비율이 2-6% 범위이며;오염유리 촉진중합체가 분자량 약 15,000-50,000범위인 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리옥시에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 된 공중합체로서, 폴리옥시에틸렌 테레프탈레이트중 폴리옥시에틸렌의 분자량이 약 1,000-10,000 범위이며, 폴리옥시에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위에 대한 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 몰비는 2:1-6:1 범위이며 그 비율이 0.4-2%범위이며;효소는 단백분해 효소를 포함하여 존재하는 효소의 비율은 0.02-0.1% 범위내이며;효소의 안정화제는 포름산나트륨, 초산나트륨 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되며 그 비율은 0.2-5%범위이며;형광 광택제는 스틸벤광택제 또는 스틸벤광택제를 포함한 광택제 혼합물로서 그 비율은 0.05-0.5% 범위이며;수성매체는 그런 매체의 5-25%에 해당하는 C2-3저급 알칸올과 95-75%의 물을 함유하는 수성 알콜성매체인 액체세제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 비이온세제가 C10-20고급 지방알콜 1몰과 에틸렌옥사이드 3-20몰과의 축합생성물로서 이런 비이온세제의 비율은 12-20% 범위이며;음이온 설페이트(설포네이트)화 세제가 직쇄 고급알킬벤젠 설포네이트로서 그 비율이 3-5% 범위이며;오염유리 촉진 중합체가 분자량이 19,000-43,000 범위인 폴리옥시에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 된 중합체이며, 여기서 폴리옥시에틸렌 테레프탈레이트중 폴리옥시에틸렌은 분자량이 2,500-5,000 범위이며, 폴리옥시에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위에 대한 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 몰비는 5:2-5:1범위이며 그 비율은 0.5-1.5%범위이며;효소는 단백분해 및 전분분해 효소를 포함하며, 효소의 비율은 0.025-0.05%범위이며;효소의 안정화제는 포름산나트륨으로 그 비율이 2-4%범위이며;형광 광택제는 아미노스틸벤광택제 또는 아졸릴스 틸벤광택제 또는 이런광택제를 포함한 형광 광택제 혼합물로서, 그 비율이 0.1-0.4% 범위이며;수성매체는 이런 매체의 5-15%에 해당하는 에탄올과 95-85%의 물을 함유하는 수성알콜성 매체로서 이때 물의 경도는 CaCO3로서 경도 50ppm 이하인;액체세제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 비이온세제가 C12-15고급지방알콜 1몰과 에틸렌옥사이드 6-11몰의 축합생성물이며 고급알킬 벤젠설포네이트의 알킬이 10-14개의 탄소원자를 함유하며, 오염유리 촉진 중합체가 분자량 19,000-25,000 범위인 폴리옥시에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 중합체로서, 여기서 폴리옥시에틸렌 테레프탈레이트중 폴리옥시 에틸렌은 분자량이 약 3,000-4,000 범위이며, 폴리옥시에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위에 대한 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 몰비는 3:1-4:1범위이며, 그중에 있는 프탈성분에 대한 에틸렌옥사이드의 몰비는 20:1-30:1범위이며, 수성매체의 물이 경도가 CaCO3로서 20ppm 이하인 연수인, 맑은 외관을 가지며 pH가 6.2-7.0 범위이며, 점도가 65-115센티포아스 범위인 액체세제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 비이온세제, 고급알킬벤젠 설포네이트, 형광광택제, 오염유리 촉진 중합체, 효소, 포름산나트륨, 에탄올 및 물의 비율이 각기 15-17%, 3-4%, 0.1-0.3%, 0.8-1.2%, 0.025-0.05%, 2-4%, 4-6%, 65-75% 범위인 액체세제.
- 제5항에 있어서 C12-15고급지방알콜과 약 7몰 비율의 에틸렌옥사이드의 축합생성물인 비이온세제약 16%와;나트륨 도데실벤젠설포네이트 약 3.5%와;아미노스틸 벤형광 광택제 약 0.2%와;중량평균 분자량 약 22,000 의 오염유리 촉진성 PETPOET 중합체 약 1%와;단백분해 및 전분분해 혼합효소제제 약 0.04%와;포름산나트륨 약 3%와;에탄올 약 5%와;향료 약 0.4%와;연수 약 70.1로 본질적으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 중합체에서 폴리옥시에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 폴리옥시에틸렌은 분자량이 약 3,400이며, 중합체의 폴리옥시에틸렌테레프탈레이트 단위에 대한 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 몰비가 약 3:1이며, 프탈성분에 대한 에틸렌옥사이드의 몰비가 약 22:1인;pH 약 6.2이며 25℃에서 점도가 약 90센티포아스인 액체세제.
- 비이온세제, 음이온설페이트(설포네이트)화 합성유기세제, 형광광택제, 오염유리 촉진 중합체, 효소 안정화제, 및 수성매체를 함께 혼합해 준 후 혼합물의 pH를 측정하고, pH가 7.3-8.1범위에 올때까지 황산 및/또는 수산화나트륨을 첨가하여 pH를 조절하고;pH가 조절된 혼합물과 효소를 혼합해주고 그 pH가 6.2-7.0범위로 떨어지도록 생성물을 숙성(aging)시키는 것으로 구성된 제1항의 안정한 오염유리 촉진 효소액체 세제의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제조된 안정한 오염유리 촉진 효소액체 세제가 제4항에 따른 것이며, 황산 및/또는 수산화나트륨의 첨가에 의해 액체세제가 조절되는 pH가 7.5-7.9범위이며 이런 pH를 가진 수성혼합물과 단백분해 및 전분분해 혼합 효소의 수용액이 함께 혼합되며, 결과 얻어진 액체세제 생성물을 맑아지도록 여과시키고 pH가 6.2로 떨어지도록 수성시키는 방법.
- 세탁물을 제1항에 따른 세제조성물 0.04-0.6%를 함유하는 세탁수중에서 세탁한후 세탁물을 수세하고, 건조시키는 것으로 구성된 세탁물을 세탁하고 거기에 오염유리 촉진성과 형광 광택성을 부여해 주는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어, 서세탁수 온도가 40-80℃범위이며, 사용된 세제조성물이 제6항에 따른 조성물이며 세탁수중 액체 세계조성물의 비율이 0.1-0.3% 범위인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
