Claims (10)
- 퍼아실시토신을 히드록시-보호된 모노사카라이드 또는 시토신 이외의 염기 잔기를 갖는 히드록시-보호된 누클레오시드와 반응시키고, 필요하다면 히드록시-보호기를 제거함을 특징으로 하는 시토신 누클레오시드의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응을 루이스산 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 퍼아실시토신이 하기 일반식[Ⅰ]의 N4,O2-디아실시토신 또는 N4,N4,O2-트리아실시토신임을 특징으로 하는 방법.(식중,R1및 R2는 각각 카르복실산-유레아실기이거나, 또는 R1및 R2중 한개는 카르복실산-유래아실기이고 다른 한개는 수소원자이며 ; 및R3는 카르복실산-유래아실기이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 모노사카라이드 또는 누클레오시드의 히드록시-보호기가 카르복실산-유래아실기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 퍼아실시토신을 히드록시-보호된 모노사카라이드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 모노사카라이드가 D-리보푸라노스임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, N4,O2-디(카르복실산-유래아실) 시토신 또는 N4,N4,O2-트리(카르복실산-유래아실) 시토신을 1,2,3,5-테트라-O-(카르복실산-유래아실)-β-D-리보푸라노스와 루이스 산 존재하에 반응시켜 N4-(카르복실산-유래아실)-2',3',5'-트리-O-(카르복실산-유래아실) 시티딘을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 생성된 N4-(카르복실산-유래아실)-2',3',5'-트라-O-(카르복실산-유래아실) 시티딘에 대해 알카리 가수분해를 수행하여 시티딘을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 카르복실산-유래아실이 아세틸 또는 벤조일임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시토신을 벤조일 할로겐화물과 염기존재하에 반응시켜 퍼벤조일시토신 혼합물을 수득하고, 상기 퍼벤조일시토신 화합물을 1,2,3,5-테트라-O-아세틸-β-D-리보푸라노스와 루이스 산 존재하에 반응시켜 2',3',5'-트라-O-아세틸-N4-벤조일시티딘을 수득한 후, 2',3',5'-트리-O-아세틸-N4-벤조일시티딘에 대해 알카리 가수분해를 수행하여 시티딘을 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
