대전방지성 N-고급알킬(또는 알케닐) 네오알카노아미드의 제법 및 이를 함유하는 조성물

제1도는 N-수지(tallow) 알킬 네오데카노아미드의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼이다. 제2도는 N-코코 알킬 네오데카노아미드의 젝외선 흡수 스펙트럼이다. 제3도는 N-헥사데실네오데카노아미드의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼이다. 제4도는 N-올레일 네오데카노아미드의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 고급알킬(또는 알케닐)아민을 C5-16네오알칸산과 고온에서 불활성기체 또는 질소분위기하에 또는 진공하에 반응시킨 다음 결과 생성된 생성물을 불순물, 부산물 및 미반응 아민과 네오알칸산으로부터 분리시키는 것으로 구성된 N-고급알킬(또는 알케닐)네오알카노아미드를 연한 색상의 오일로서 제조하는 방법.
  2. 세탁 유효 베율의 합성유기세제와 세탁중 세탁물에 대전방지 특성을 부여하는 비율의 N-고급알킬(또는 알케닐)네오알카노아미드로 구성되며, 여기서 고급알킬(또는 알케닐)이 8-20개의 탄소원자를 함유하며, 네오알칸산 부분이 5-16개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 세제조정물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 설페이트 및/또는 설포네이트 형태의 합성유기세제 약 5-35%와, 이런 합성유기세제의 증강제 약 10-85%와, N-고급알킬네오데카노아미드 약 1-20%, 수분 약 2-20%와 나머지가 존재하는 경우 충전재(들) 및/또는 보조제(들)로 구성되어 있으며 세제조성물 입자크기가 10-140호 체(U.S.Sieve Series)인 입자형태의 세제조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 증강제가 다중인산염, 탄산염, 중탄산염, 세스키탄산염, 규산염, 세스키규산염, 구연산염, 니트릴로트리아세테이트, 폴리아세탈 카복실레이트, 제올라이트 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 합성유기세제가 직쇄고급알킬벤젠설포네이트, 분지쇄고급알킬벤젠 설포네이트, 고급지방알콜설페이트, 올레핀설포네이트, 파라핀설포네이트, 모노글리세라이드설페이트, 고급지방알콜에톡실레이트 설페이트, 이세티온산의 고급지방산설포에스테르, 고급지방아실살코사이드 및 N-메틸타우린의 아실- 및 설포-아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, n-고급알킬네오데카노아미드의 고급알킬이 평균 12-18개의 탄소원자를 함유하며 세제조성물중 n-고급알킬네오데카노아미드의 비율이 7-10%인 세제조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 그 내부의 N-수지(tallow) 알킬네오데카노아미드의 존재로 인해, 존재하는 벤토나이트에 의해 얻어질 수 있는 것과 비교시 세제조성물이 향상된 직물유연성을 가지며, N-고급알킬네오데카노아미드가 N-수지알킬네오데카노아미드로서 세제조성물중에 분무건조된비이드 형태의 세제조성물의 다른 성분들과 혼합되어 있거나 더 큰 비율의 벤토나이트에 분산되어 있는 세제조성물.
  6. 세탁물을 세탁유효 비율의 세제조성물과 대전방지 유효비율의 N-고급알킬(또는 알케닐)네오알카노 아미드 대전방지제를 함유하는 수성매체중에서 세탁한 후 세탁물을 수세하고 건조하는것으로 구성되며, 여기서 고급알킬(또는 알케닐)이 8-20개의 탄소원자를 함유하며, 네오알칸산이 5-16개의 탄소원자를 함유하는, 세탁물을 세탁함과 동시에 정전하 발생 및/또는 보지 능력을 저하시키는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수성 매체중 세제조성물의 세탁유효 비율이 0.05-0.5%이며, 대전방지제가고 N-급알킬네오데카노아미드이며, N-고급알킬네오데카노아미드의 대전방지 유효비율이 0.005-0.1%인 방법.
  8. 세탁물을 세탁 유효 비율의 세제조성물을 함유하는 세탁수중에서 세탁한 다음, 세탁물을 고급알킬이 8-20개의 탄소원자를 함유하며, 네오알칸산 부분이 5-16개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 대전방지 유효비율의 N-고급알킬(또는 알케닐)네오알카노아미드 대전방지제를 함유하는 세정수중에서 세정하고, 세탁물을 건조하는 것으로 구성하는 정전하를 발생시키고/거나 보지시키는 능력을 저하시키기 위해 세탁물을 처리하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 세정수중 N-고급알킬네오데카노아미드의 대전방지 유효 비율이 0.005-0.1% 범위인 방법.
