Claims (10)
- (1) 디스코시아(Discosia)속에 속하는 FR-900490-생성 균주를 영양 배지에서 배양하고 생성된 배양액으로부터 FR-900490을 회수하여 FR-900490을수득하거나, (2)일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 카복시기에서의 이의 반응성 유도체 또는 이의 염을 일반식(Ⅲa)의 화합물 또는 아미노기에서의 이의 반응성 유도체 또는 이의 염과 반응시켜 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 이의 염을 수득하거나, (3) 일반식(Ia)의 화합물 또는 이의 염으로부터 아미노 보호기를 제거하여 일반식(Ib)의 화합물 또는 이의 염을 수득하거나, (4) 일반식(Ic)의 화합물 또는 이의 염으로부터 카복시 보호기를 제거하여 일반식(Ib)의 화합물 또는 이의 염을 수득하거나, (5) 일반식(Ie)의 화합물 또는 이의 염으로부터 카바모일보호기를 제거하여 일반식(If)의 화합물 또는 이의 염을 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1은 수소, 아미노 또는 보호된 아미노기이고, R2는 수소, 카복시 또는 보호된 카복시기이고, R3는 수소, 카복시 또는 보호된 카복시기이고, R4는 저급알킬, 아미노(저급)알킬, 보호된 아미노(저급)알킬, 카바모일(저급)알킬 또는 보호된 카바모일(저급)알킬이고, R5는 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고, R6는 수소, 적당한 치환체(들)을 가질 수 있는 아르(저급)알킬 또는 헤테로환식(저급)알킬이고, R1 a는보호된 아미노기이고, R2 a는 보호된 카복시기이고, R4 a는 보호된 카바모일(저급)알킬이며, R4 a는 카바모일(저급)알킬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소, 아미노 또는 아실아미노이고, R2는 수소, 카복시 또느 에스테르화된 카복시기이고, R3가 수소, 카복시 또는 에스테르화된 카복시기이고, R4가 저급알킬, 아미노(저급)알킬, 아실 아미노(저급)알킬, 카바모일(저급)알킬 또는 [비스(4-메톡시페닐)메틸] 카바모일(저급)알킬이고, R5가 스소, 또는 저급 알킬이며 R6가 수소, 히드록시페닐(저급)알킬, 이미다졸일(저급)알킬 또는 인돌일(저급)알킬인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, R1이 수소, 아미노, 저급알콕시카보닐아미노, 아르(저급)알콕시카보닐아미노 또는 저급알카노일아미노이고, R2가 수소, 카복시 또는 저급알콕시카보닐이고, R3가 수소 또는 카복시이며, R4가 저급알킬, 아미노(저급)알킬, 아르(저급)알콕시-카보닐아미노(저급)알킬, 카바모일(저급)알킬 또는 [비스(4-메톡시페닐)메틸] 카바모일(저급)알킬인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R6가 이미다졸(저급)알킬인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, R1이 수소, 아미노 또는 아실아미노이고, R2가 수소, 카복시 또는 아스테르화된 카복시기이고, R3가 수소, 카복시 또는 에스테르화된 카복시기이고, R4가 저급알킬, 아미노(저급)알킬, 아실 아미노(저급)알킬, 카바모일(저급)알킬 또는 [비스(4-메톡시페닐)메틸] 카바모일(저급)알킬이고, R5가 수소, 또는 저급 알킬인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, R1이 수소, 아미노, 저급 알콕시카보닐아미노, 아르(저급)알콕시카보닐아미노 또는 저급알카노일아미노이고, R2가 수소, 카복시 또는 저급 알콕시카보닐이고, R3가 수소 또는 카복시이며, R4가 저급알킬, 아미노(저급)알킬, 아르(저급)알콕시카보닐아미노(저급)알킬, 카바모일(저급)알킬 또는 [비스(4-메톡시페닐)메틸] 카바모일(저급)알킬인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, R1이 아미노이고, R2가 카복시이고, R3가 카복시이고, R4가 카바모일(저급)알킬이며 R5가 저급 알킬인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, (2S,3R)-2-[[(2S)-2-아미노-3-카바모일프로피오닐]아미노]-3-[[(1S)-1-카복시-2-(4-이미다졸일)에틸]아미노]부티르산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2가 수소, 카복시 또는 보호된 카복시기이고, R3가 카복시 또는 보호된 카복시기이고, R5가 수소 또는 저급알킬이며, R6가 수소, 히드록시페닐(저급)알킬, 이미다졸일(저급)알킬 또는 인돌일(저급)알킬인 일반식(Ⅲa)의 화합물(단 (2S,3R)-2-아미노-3-[[(1S)-1-카복시-2-(4-이미다졸일)에틸]아미노]부티르산 (2S,3R)-2-아미노-3-[[(1S)-1-카복시-2-(4-이미다졸일)에틸]아미노]부티르산 또는 (2S)-2-아미노-3-[[(1S)-1-카복시-2-(4-이미다졸)에틸]아미노]프로피온산은 아니다)인 일반식(Ⅲa)의 화합물 및 이의 염을 사용하는 방법.
